Location great as ever.

My husband and myself decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary in this hotel while we actually had our wedding here last year. We had just great memories about our wedding that was organized on a very high level. This time, just a year after the event, we were very disappointed. We have booked a delux double room but as a result our room was definitely not one of those that they had photos of at the booking site even though the hotel was not full. When we asked at the reception, we were told that it is a delux room after all and that what we should have. Last year they had luxurious toiletries but this year they've got some cheaper variation. No more happy hours at the ground floor of the hotel they used to have. Breakfast was served not in the grand restaurant as before but in the new Italian caffe type room. For breakfast they served Rioba butter (Metro Cash&Carries own brand) and what was the surprise when we saw that its best before date ended more then two weeks ago!!!! This is definitely not what you would expect for such a price in a luxurious 5 star hotel and with such a choice of lovely hotels in Lviv, I doubt we will want to stay there again.

Excellent location right in the heart of Lviv, several minutes on foot to any destination in the historical area. Nice breakfasts and very friendly front desk.

The view from the room facing the wall of the building across the street, but it was expected as streets are very narrow in old towns.

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean and nice rooms. Quiet and calm despite in the city centre. Excellent location in the heart of the city. Great massage and SPA area.

Location is superb,rooms,design...everything is really good!

The is no public area for no-smokers.Some of the stuff were ,let's say, not nice at all!

There was no opening restaurant in the city later than 10pm, but rastaurant in the hotel was opened and very welcome us, it was also good taste. Room was clean and good to have sunshine from top window.

My room was between 4th and 5th floor and little bit far from elevator.

1) The location is perfect - 1 minutes on foot from the Market Squere 2) Breackfast meny is good, the meal was delisious 3) Wi- Fi is good in rooms and in the hotel

There weren't fresh juices in the breackfast menu

Smoking in the hotel - but that's not the hotels fault

Великолепный отель. Персонал, услуги, расположение, номера - придраться не к чему. Немного завышенная стоимость.

Ідеальне розташування. Дуже близько до всіх головних місць. Затишно. Номера оформлені з дуже великим смаком і комфортом. Професійність та гостинність персоналу вражає. Сніданок з великим вибором страв та гарним сервісом. Дякуємо за гарні враження !!!

Отель супер. Удобно расположен в центре. У нас был Удобный тихий номер делюкс . Вкусные завтраки. Отличный спа . Бесплатная мин вода , чай и фрукты в спа. Спа можно посещать голыми.

Растерянный персонал. Я еще из Питера заказал сауну, водитель трансфера отеля даже был в курсе, кроме самого дежурившего на ресепшине портье. И другие портье нас бесцеремонно разглядывали все время. Вобщем персонал не вышколен для отеля такого уровня и этим все портит и омрачает впечатление об отеле в целом. Порадовал немного сам Львов, но только 1 день на 2-й нам стало уже скучно и мы поехали отдыхать в Трускавец.

Все прекрасно, нечего подправлять!

... но уж больно дорого! Подобный уровень гостиницы в Европе - это 100-150 евро максимум, а мы - не в Европе...

Изумительный отель в центре прекрасного города.

Комнаты на 4-ом и 5-ом этажах маловаты, но это очень небольшой недостаток по сравнению со всеми остальными достоинствами отеля.

Отель полностью соответсвует заявленной звездности. Полностью оправдал ожидания. Очень удачное расположение в центре города, наличие закрытой парковки напротив отеля очень порадовало (в центре припарковаться болльшая проблема)

лучший отель во львове

Відпочивали в період новорічних свят у Леополісі. Готель порадував новими і зручними номерами. Ми проживали на четвертому поверсі в номері з мансардними вікнами тому у нас не було виду на місто. Але ми багато гуляли, тому це не було для нас критичним і в кімнаті завжди було сонячне світло.

Bella struttura, in posizione centralissima. Ottimi il servizio e il personale, adeguati alla categoria dell'hotel. Pulizia molto curata.

очень хороший уровень обслуживания отель соответствует 5*

завтра мог бы быть чуть чуть лучше, но это скорее мои излишние придирки )
