The staff were friendly, but not necessarily well informed. The food in the better of the two restaurants was good.

The neighborhood was poor and dirty. I had to pay for wifi, $1.25/hour. I booked at this hotel because of an very early morning flight and thought that I would get an extra 20 minutes of sleep. But I had to leave 20 minutes earlier, totally defeating the purpose of staying near the airport, because the shuttle wasn't available when I needed to leave. I was told the restaurant was open until midnight. It is only open until 11pm, and the kitchen closes at 10pm, meaning that they took their final order at 9:30pm. They barely took my order and I was told that it would take 35 minutes to prepare, which is fine. But I also waited 35 minutes for my appetizer, in spite of requests to bring it as soon as possible.

I liked the hospitality, clean rooms, location - very close to the airport, and reasonable price

The restaurant was good, the reception staff very efficient and friendly and the transport on my second stay was very good. The room was large and clean, nothing to grumble about.

The walls are very thin and on my return trip the people next door were having more than a party. It was extremely noisy and therefore meant no sleep. On my first stay I had to take a taxi as it was in the ear;ly hours of the morning and was well and truly ripped off, so ordering transport is vital, if I was to stay again near the airport. The distance is further from the airport than indicated.

They suddenly switched heating off in one of the hotel buildings and did not inform the guests about it. I woke up at 4 am like a piece of ice. A/c didn't work and hot water disappeared as well. The team was so rude that didn't even say sorry for all the inconvenience caused to me. Who rated this hotel as a 4 stars? This is just rediculous.

- The staff is not speaking english - they're not able to book a taxi - the rooms are 1 star and they sell them as 4 stars

the complimentary dinner was excellent and so was the restaraunt service.

hotel is located near Borispol airport. I have chosen that to spend a night before very early flight.

few hotel guests apartof me stayed in the hotel for the same reasons as me. This means that hotel can be considered as hotel intheairport are. In thia case free shutte transfer has to be organized. I was surprized that I had to book a taxi for 10 minute ride.

Convenient location to airport. Very clean room. Large size room for the price. Staff was friendly... even if they didn't speak English, they helped me the best they could. I would stay there again.

The Hotel is awful. Location is very poor and it took over 45 minutes to the airport during the week. The distance quoted is way too short due to new road system. The room was stale smoke, I had to fix the shower head, the beds were not made up or the room cleaned. The Hotel is also very noisy Booked for 4 nights left after 2 as this was the quickest I could get out of there. Location is between an industrial site and run down high rise apartment blocks, photographer deserves a medal!! Booking.com -- please revise your entry for the Hotel

I like the shuttle service and the meals in their cafeteria were great. The secure parking was comforting and the landscaping sets it apart from the norm. My wife and I stayed their a month ago because of its location being so close to the airport when she came home and because of the above when it was time for me to come home I booked again and will continue to use this hotel as our entrance and exit to and from Kiev.

I didn't want to pay extra for the use of the swimming pool.

*Rude and poor English-speaking staff. *Dirty room. *Using the non- heated swimming pool or the broken jacuzzi is chargeable - yet you only find out at checkout. *Incredably slow wifi, only available in the small entrance lobby. *Non smoking hotel that's full of smoke and smokers !! *if you ask for a towel, you have to undertake an interrogation to prove how and when you used the initial towel and convince the hotel staff that you really deserve a second towel !!! *Staff woke us up at 3am, talking and smoking right underneath our window. *Even the gate security interrogated us before opening the gate to let us drive into the premises. *No decent view. *Really weird location in a dead-end road in the middle of an old service area. *Decieving images and description on booking.com. *Very hard mattress. *Very dusty blankets. Seemed to have been last washed before world war 2. *funny piece of paper thrown all over the suite that reads "place disinfected ... Blabla". Probably 50yrs ago !! *Poor set menu breakfast (no buffet). Literally, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of ham, 1 egg, 1 piece of ravioli, 1 drink and a quarter of an orange or an apple. Although, I have to admit they were kind enough to heat our food we got from an outside restaurant so we can have a decent breakfast.

Beautiful grounds and hotel.Very secure area.Close to the airport.3 km away from the airport.Fine dinning.A pool and hottub on the site.Acess to fishing spa tours and alot more.Wifi was good in the business center.Helpful staff and friendly.The price was good value.

Need free wifi through out the hotel Had to pay for wifi on th 2nd and 3rd floors.Did not ever work right.A distance to shopping abd the other local restaruants.Need a fridge in the rooms.

Excellend location if you want a Stop over in Kiev before an on going journey. No more than 10 minutes to the Airport, Good value for money and recently rennovated, Good power shower too, even if the bathroom suits look a bit dated, athough i think its more of a Local tradition to use pale faded tiles,

The outside of the property was awesome, very scenic with a pond and the ducks, the flowers and landscaping were beautiful, a pleasant surprise! The room was clean and well organized.

The tv if you are an American is not that good, no English channels not even the bbc which really surprised me! And they really did not have any English speaking staff so it was difficult to communicate and also I thought they had a business center but they do not, so bring a laptop if you have one!

Was an ok choice for a hotel in Boryspil.

Bathroom was a little smelly but otherwise room was clean. Would probably stay there again in the future.

Very near from airport and they provide free shuttle service. Quite big and tidy indoor pool is available and very suggest to visit ))) Sauna presents as well.

So here's my experience at Ligena Hotel: I had made the reservation about 4-5 days before my arrival there on June 22 and 2 days before I emailed them to ask for an airport pickup; I did not get a response until the 23rd which was my check-out date. Anyway, I somehow got to the hotel at 2am and when I got there everything was closed. I called their number and I could hear the phone ringing from outside but no one answered and I called like 30 times. I knocked on the door and still no one would open. I actually ran into some of their customers that already had a room there and they couldnt get in because all the doors were locked. Oh, did I forget to mention that there was a thunder-storm outside. I didnt have a taxi number so I had to wait outside on a bench with my bags until someone actually opened the door around 5am. I ordered a cab and went back to the airport. Bottom line, don't go there! Terrible service

10 min taxi ride from airport, located in old style residential area of borispol. Fine for overnight stopover, but would not recommend any longer

Seems to me best hotel in Boryspil. FOr international standards it's really 1 or 2 stars only. But no complaints. Reasonable price for a reasonable room and hotel. Staff is very friendly. Services at the hotel are mediocre. Breakfast is poor. They don't even have icecubes in the restaurant!

Helpfull staff in reception and also in restaurant.We had erlier morning flight. We could not reach normal breakfast time.Lady in restaurnt had no problem to serve us the food for dinner instead of breakfast.Very flexible, thanks.
