The hotel is old, but very beautiful. The staff, depending on who was working, ranged from very good to merely adequate. I liked the 24/7 hotel bar quite a bit.

The internet did not work in my room. I had a corner room, and if I walked 50 feet down the hall, the internet worked fine. They offered me another room, but it wasn't nearly as nice, so I went without internet in my nicer room.

I was on the fourth floor without lift to access you must go from 3rd floor by an unpleasant staircase, and the room was a bit small

Room offered at booking.com for the price 50% lower than rack price, apeared to be a small room, even without a lamp over the bed, facing some hotel facilities.

The location and access to the city was good, 24 hour bar,food was nice, big old impressive building.. But please see my other comments

Where do I start, I booked a suite with sauna in room and balcony.. There was no working sauna in any rooms they have all been turned off for health and safety reasons, the balcony view was of the 24 hour ship yard... Noise 24/7, there in no spa in the hotel, it has a partnership with a public spa so was very busy, this was connected by a long walk way, the smallest bar and restaurant I have ever seen for a hotel this size, prostitutes in bar! I was here for 10 days and well over £2500 for the stay including drinks etc, I could not cancel or cut short my stay in this hotel without paying in full, but I was so disappointed, I stayed in a couple of other hotels a few nights, just to get a good nights sleep, stay here for 1 or 2 nights only in a basic room.. Better choices else ware I found, my last stay here.

Fourth floor is a terrible dungeon not even having elevator,,jsut very dank stairwell,,,,,,,,,,,,,,avoid fourth floor at all costs

Very nice hotel when I stayed before,,,this time they put me in dungeon on fourth floor, was a most terrible experience. There was not even elevator service, only small dank stairwell. There were four of us in different rooms on that floor,,,,we all let to go to another hotel

I liked the historical side of the hotel, it is like jumping in a time machine 60 years backward when you enter the hotel. everything looks like 60 years ago except the ladies at reception, i think they should dress them differently to perfect the charming historical effect. the elevators are amazingly "different"!!

with old days technologies, the toilet becomes a bit awkward, mixers are old styles. the WC flush in my room was leaking water all night, i told reception in the morning but they didnt fix it! it was a long walk from the elevator to my room!! i was disappointed that with a hotel on a cliff near the sea, the room had a view to a courtyard!

Breakfast is mediocre and way over priced.

Hello, My name is Edward Kutlik, I stayed at the Londonskaya hotel for 7 nights, starting monday September 17th thru Sunday September 23rd. I paid the entire amount in full in cash upon checking in on Monday afternoon, September 17th. I am back in New Jersey! I checked my bank account today and I see I was charged twice for the same period on my debit card! I have the receipt at home! On 9/17, $124.95, on 9/18th$124.92, On 9/20th twice for $124.86, 9/21, $124.86 and on 9/24th $124.86, twice! Can you please check these charges and respond! Im sure it was just a mistake! Best location in Odessa. Beautiful historical building but room just average.

I made a mistake booking and was charged for extra day prior to arrival. Signed up for one night at $34 and was told upon checking in it was now $120. For next 2 nights I had to pay $160 a night. Room just average and very small up on top floor with no elevator to it.

unfriendly and unprofessional reception staff. absence of a shuttle to the airport despite of the room price. at least breakfast is to be included in the room price.

Very good location in city centre of Odessa. Rather grand interior, becoming a little faded. Quiet and relaxing. Large comfortable room.

Air conditioner was very noisy and periodically switched off itself.
