Julia was excellent and very friendly. Gym and cafe were great. decor is amazing and the maid/room service was excellent.

Staff were excellent and so helpful and was a very relaxing stay

Everything,as soon as you open the front door you knew you were in for a treat. The lobby set the mood for your stay at this one of a kind hotel. You are transported back in time to the Golden age of American Movie Romance.The rooms are decorated with photos of the great actors of the 1950's,any my room #5 was stunning and luxurious. The hotel staff well ,they made you feel welcome and treated you as if you a special loved friend coming for a visit. They went out of the way to fullfill your every request. If I would ever go back to Kharkov I would definately stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone. I only wish they more hotels through out Europe because I would only stay with them, Lance Cullen Dallas,Texas

The hotell staff were superhelpful. I arrived late at night (@ 2 A.M.), they prepared room for late check-in and took care of my stuff after I check-out next day. They were friendly and polite. The room was new and beautiful (with pictured of my favorite actresses). Breakfast was also nice, served in the room upon my request

It is a very, very clean hotel with gorgeous interior design. Wow!! Staff are great, all spoke english and ready to help. There is also a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the hotel; that makes it easy to get stuff whenever you want to. The beds are great too!

no wardrobes; so clothes are hanged to clips on the wall.

It was clean and the staff friendly.

Staff moving around at night and doors opening and closing.Local dogs barking at night.. Workmen working on stairs spoilt a romantic evening dinner. Restaurant not open for breakfast, had to eat in room.

The staff were most friendly and helpful I have ever come across in any hotel. Always there, always smiling and always ready to help. The breakfast is exceptional. The Hotel is very small, and beautifully cared for. I shall definitely go back and stay in Mirax again. Thank you to all of the staff...

kharkov not much to do ? 2 days would be long enough

Super staff,very helpful at every level from reception to cleaning. A real attempt to be different in a small,welcoming hotel where you felt as if you mattered.

I liked the individual and stylish decor, friendly welcome, free wifi (with an excellent connection), large rooms and included breakfast. Being near a Metro station was also helpful.

The location suited us as it was walking distance from the Metalist Stadium and we were there for a match, but otherwise I would have wanted to be nearer some restaurants and bars (only one small one in the immediate vicinity). The bed though large had too small a duvet, and the bath in our Marilyn Monroe themed room looked glitzy but was impractical for showers.

Very cozy atmosphere and elegant decoration. The staff is very nice, smiling and helpful. I can very highly recommend this hotel.

Some hotel areas need minor repairs (like buttons in the elevator, etc.). Smoking room is located on the way to the gym and cafe.

Amazing hotel! Wonderful outstanding interior. Was very surprized how nice and tidy room was. Extremely kind and polite personnel and good service. Quite delicious breakfast, nothing special but very nice. Absolutely satisfied and highly recommended.

View from the window, and smell of cigarettes in non-smoking room. But everything else was wonderful.

Have been to kharkov twice now, and each time have stayed here, and in future will always try and book the Mirax for any future visits. I love the decor, the girls on reception are friendly and helpful, breakfast is cooked to order so is always fresh and hot, unlike most hotels which offer buffet breakfast which could have been standing on a hotplate for 2 hours. The rooms are very quiet which aids a good nights sleep. The cleanliness is exemplary. I can not speak highly enough about this hotel, and if at any time it is full, I would be prepared to re-arrange my visit in order to stay here.
