I liked their quick response to my needs both from the receptionist and restaurant. The cleaners are wonderful.

I didn't like the fact that it wasn't easy locating the hotel, even in a taxi.

The room was a good size.

The room smelled of smoke. There were no tea/coffee making facilities. When returning to the hotel after 11pm it took on average 30 minutes to get the attention of somebody to unlock the doors to get in, which left me and my guests extremely cold and frustrated. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The reception closes down at 11pm, if you need to call the security you need to have his number in advance(which changes every day) and call him to unlock the door. If you dont speak Russian could be tricky. You need to make reservation for the pool.

Its an excellent hotel that i had a very comfortable 4 days.They have a very good restaurant that very delicous food, very clean and nice swimming-pool, very kindly employees, excellent room service, very good location near metro and Metalist stadium.If i go Kharkov again this is the hotel i will only stay.

This is a brand new hotel, with fantastic facilities. Beautiful pool, sauna and eating area in the basement. We even took a massage which was also very professional. The staff were at all time helpful and obliging. Outside there was silence even when the window was open. So am unsure about the reliability of previous reviews claiming that it is loud. Windows are very well insulated and so are the rooms. Breakfast is amazing, and we really felt at home and were made welcome by the great staff! We will definately be back!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed the luxury of the Junior Suite, and it was next door to the spa where I received a good massage. Excellent breakfast and attentive service. I would recommend the transfer service from the airport, which was very convenient.

Very friendly staff, clean room, excellent restaurant with great food. High speed wi-fi at rooms, very close to metro station - easy to get anywhere from the hotel. Was really wonderful choice with good value for money.

Отличный отель, никаких нареканий. Посидеть на балконе вечером с бутылочкой вина - бесценно :)

За ночь были перебои с электричеством раз 5! как результат - не было интернета до самого утра!!! На завтраке официант нас предупредил, что если три человека живут в одном номере, то третий оплачивает завтрак отдельно и в стоимость номера он не входит! НО никаких упоминаний об этом не было в условиях бронирования!!! Завтрак можно выбрать из 4-х вариантов, порции оставляют желать лучшего. Кондиционеры не работают!!! В номерах духота!

Все отлично. Персонал очень приветлив. Расположен удобно. Все заявленное есть и работает. Стоит обратить внимание, что рецепшн не круглосуточно, поэтому при позднем приезде лучше позвонить и предупредить, тогда вас будут ожидать. В бассейн надо записываться, так как он индивидуальный. Когда вы будете отдыхать никого больше не пустят- это очень приятно, а то в других местах бассейны кишат людьми, которые не дружат с гигиенной. Да бассейн 50 гривен, с сауной 350 гривен за час.

Отличный отель: чистый, уютный, очень тихо. Персонал приветливый и ненавязчивый. При отеле есть отличный ресторан: еда очень вкусная.

Небольшой, но очень уютный отель. Великолепный ремонт. Профессиональный и приветливый персонал. Всё супер! Вот только постельное белье было в розовый цветочек :-) но это милый такой "косячок" :-)

рецепция работает лишь до 23:00. Но это не самая большая проблема. Дверь откроет охранник.

Os quartos disponiveis so tinham cama de casal.Como estavamos em amigos , pedimos cama extra nos quartos. A cama extra era péssima. Preferimos desistir depois da primeira noite.

Petit hôtel un peu kitch, chambre spacieuse avec baignoire et balcon. Le restaurant est très bon. La piscine est propre et chauffée à 28° et payante (+/- 5e de l'heure) mais elle est réservée rien que pour vous. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable.

Coupures de courant fréquentes. Pas tv5 monde, uniquement des chaines russes.

Новый отель, чистый и красивый номер и ванная комната, все понравилось - ресторан, бассейн, приветливый персонал. Заселили немного раньше, завтрак в номер. Расположен в шаговой доступности от метро, рядом стадион "Металлист".

Для кого-то может стать проблемой: отсутствие лифта, плохая звукоизоляция окон (номер 3), 4 варианта завтрака (не шведский стол)

Номер просторный, удобная кровать, приветливый персонал, тихая, спокойная об становка, 4 варианта завтрака, еду можно заказать в номер, обязательно вернусь, если буду в Харькове

Хорошый большой, чистый номер за справедливую цену.

Работа ресепшена до 23.00, отсутствие гарячей воды с утра, не внимательность персонала ресепшена.

Erg schoon en verzorgd hotel. Hoewel de kennis van de Engelse taal beperkt is hebben wij genoten van de gastvrijheid van het personeel. Het eten in het restaurant was de grootste culinaire verrassing en wat een fantastische Ukrainse wijnen.
