I have never met so bored man as the receptionist was :-( The price of hotel taxi to the airport was so expensive - 70 UAH - 3 km from Kyijev to Borispol airport it is 28 km and it was 200 UAH

Room was good size and well presented. Collected from Metro on time and delvbery to airport good.

The shower did not work, it was luxury spa shower, but due to not being maintained all the nozzles were blocked. Frequently ran out of water in use. Food Menu offered was from local hotel, nothing provided on site other than water and beer. Poor value for money, would not stay again

Very clean, pleasant hotel.

No restaurant, but there is a supermarket just around the corner. Breakfast was a sandwich with chees and meat inside, but the bread was mouldy.

On the hotel page it was writted thet free bus from airport is provide, but actually there was no such service and we had to get taxi; the hotel didn't acceept credit cards (but it was written that it accepts) and didn't inform us about this, we had no local currency and there was no atm, so we had to pay in euro in a bad exchange rate

I liked the location because it suited my needs

Breakfast was very poor, just a microwave heated sandwich & coffee Bed linen & towels were not changed during my 4 night stay

Personnel there was very friendly and helpful, which is to be thanked when you're towing a 2 year old kid. There were no loud noise, which helped said restless kid get to sleep, and we were able to have our 'breakfast' at night since our flight left way too early in the morning to have it then.

Missing hair dryer and something to boil water. A restarurant would be a great addition, or at least a place to order warm food at odd hours of the day/night as people have to eat when they can.

Everything was awesome! Hotel is very new, staff is amazing...very friendly and helpful... room was very well renovated, with air-conditioning... I strongly recommend this hotel to all, who need to make transfer in Kiev airport

Close to the Airport (Borispol). Room was spacious and well furnished. The impression is that this is a good hotel for an overnight stay

There were minimal facilities in the hotel. There was a fridge in my room but minibar was empty and the hotel bar was closed during my stay. Breakfast was minimal but the charge for the breakfast was only 50 uah.

The hotel is reasonably close to the airport so it was handy for an overnight stay as I was arriving late at night. A taxi for pick-up from the airport was arranged and that worked quite well though it had to be paid for. The suite was a good size with a large balcony. The staff seemed friendly enough.

The hotel didn't provide much in the way of refreshments or food for late arrivals as far as I could see. The bed was rather lumpy.

Very convenient for airport. Good pick up and return service at reasonable prices to airport. Very comfortable in cold weather. Range of meals limited but reasonable quality and prices.

No airconditioning for summer months. Very hot in room in summer with hot weather

Good value for Ukraine and close to airport.

All hotels in Borispil and Kiev are way overpriced. For some reason hotel owners feel they should charge western Europe prices for a product that is way below European standards. Only the extremely high priced luxury hotels come close to matching normal western standards. If you are staying more than 3 days look into renting an apartment.

Convenience to wait for outgoing flight

Dicht am Flughafen, Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig, Preis/Leistung war ok und der frühmorgendliche Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen stand pünktlich bereit. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen.

3 Mücken im Zimmer von denen ich nur zwei erwischt habe.

la chambre est grande et confortable, literie de qualité, et salle de bain propre et moderne , le wifi marche très bien, l’accueille est très bien ils font l' efforts de vous comprendre, avec le sourire

on arrivant l’extérieur n'est pas très attrayant mais très pratique ,car près de l'aéroport .

второй раз останавливались в этом отеле. для транзита - идеальный вариант, до аэропорта - 8 минут езды, трансфер предоставляют, лёгкий завтрак в указанное вами время. по сравнению с прошлым годом - почему-то исчезла возможность забронировать через этот сайт номер для троих, в итоге взяли люкс и написали в примекчании к заказу, что нас будет трое. в люксе есть раскладной диван - постельное бельё предоставили.

Все чистенько, дружелюбно. Шума от аэродрома и трассы вообще не слышно. Рядом находится торговый центр и хайвей до киева - 7 минут на авто и уже в городе. В номерах очень уютно, все новое. Завтрака достаточно, чтобы перекусить перед поездкой

Первый день была странная вода - не смывала мыло, очень мягкая, потом все стало норм. За 3 дня проживания в номере не убирались ни разу.

Viešbutis netoli aerouosto. Gretimais yra didelis prekybos centras. Geras susisiekimas su KIjevo miestu, pasirūpina svečių nuvežimu iki aerouosto.

Pres de l'aeroport. personnel efficace et tres serviable. neuf, propre et bien équipé. silencieux.

Довольно близко от аэропорта.

В номерах розетка находится в труднодоступном месте ( за тумбой с телевизором). Вторая розетка в ванной работает только при включенном в ванной свете. Пришлось заряжать гаджеты мало того что во влажном помещении, так еще и свет всю ночь горел. Комплект постельного белья на ребенка не был предлставлен оба раза, хотя номер снимался на троих. Полотенец вообще был только один комплект. Раковина находится настолько низко, что умываться невозможно даже при среднем росте. Завтрак нам предложить забыли, хоть он и был оплачен.
