There is absolutely nothing I liked about this hostel, the only reason I booked this place was the location and because there was no other accommodation available in Kiev as it was the night of the Euro quarter final.

Where do I start. The building was very old and run down, the room was absolutely filthy, dust everywhere, obviously never cleaned for a long long time. Rock hard beds and stained sheets, I would of slept better on a clothes line. Filthy bathroom, wash hand basin coming away from wall, no hot water, terrible smell in hall and room. No free wifi. I slept in my clothes the bed was that dirty, myself and my friends woke up with sore throats from the dust in the room and just feeling itchy, God knows what was crawling around in those beds. I did'nt expect much from tis place and I've stayed in rough hostels before but this is on a whole other level. It makes the last below average hostel I stayed in look like a 5 star hotel. I honestly think this place is a health hazard, it will put a downer on your holiday. If you stay here bring a dust mask, its that bad. I still feel dirty thinking about the place. Way overpriced for what it is, obviously cashing in on the Euro'S. Way below Ukraine standards. Honestly I would'nt put a dog in this place. I should get an apology off booking.com for putting me on to this dump. Rant over. Stay at your own risk.

I was travelling 3 weeks in Poland and Ukraine for the EURO 2012 and this is the worst place I've ever been to: not clean, no lockers, no hot water, no lockers at the toilets, no toilet paper, no air condition, no free WiFi, you have to pay 50% for early arrival, fire extinguisher expired, ... I'm wondering where they have taken the photos of the rooms for booking.com?!?

Good location

Like living in a prison camp, no hot water, a lot of confusion at night when I tried to get in as they didn't know I was a guest and a bed where you can feel the springs pushing into you. But still an experience, makes me greatful for what I have, if you don't like adventure travel then take a seniors coach trip. My Ukrainian friend said even for Ukrainian standards it was below reproach.

O.K location. Some staff talked english and were nice. If you are interested in how easterneurope appartments looked like during the cold war 20-30 years ago, this is the place!

The place is a joke. Uncomfy (hard) beds. Filthy toilets. Well nothing in the entire building has probably never ever been cleaned. No beers sold at the cafe'. Cafe' closed on saturdays. Extremely overpriced during Euro 2012.

The best of this place it the people. The attention of all the personel is simply great. They are friendly and helpful.

The facilities are really old but the room are clean.

fuimos para la final de la eurocopa,y subieron los precios bastante. para lo que pagamos ,muy muy mal hostal. a su precio,esta bien.

lo más que me ha gustado ha sido el trato de las recepcionista y los desayunos que han sido muy bueno y por tan solo 5 euros. Y no probe los almuerzo y las cenas porque siempre estabamos por fuera a esas horas.

Si que no había agua caliente en las duchas.

бюджетный вариант. чисто, опрятно. вполне удобный вариант за свои деньги на базе студенческой общаги. холодная вода нас вполне устроила после разгоряченных деньков в киеве.

Läge: - Detta hostel ligger ca 5 min promenad från en tunnelbanestation. Från denna station tar det sedan 7-10 minuter (3-4 stationer) till centrala kiev. Är man berädd att bo en bit utanför den absoluta stadskärnan (och spara lite pengar?) har detta hostel ett utmärkt läge! Personal: - personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Alla kunde dock inte engelska, men min uppfattning var att det alltid fanns minst en personal på plats som kunde engelska. Frukost: - Frukosten kostar 50 UAH och är absolut prisvärd (sallat, bröd med skinka/ost, omelett, juice, kaffe samt efterätt). Man står sig bra länge! Priset: - Jag tror inte du hittar ett billigare hostel (om du inte väljer att bo någon mil utanför Kiev).

Man får vad man betalar för: - Detta var det billigaste hostel jag hittade inför min resa. Bokar du detta hostel - förvänta dig inte för mycket: Komfort: - vissa madrasser var riktigt hårda. Är du beroende av en skön säng - välj ett annat hostel. Städning: - Lakanen var rena, men rummen damsögs nog inte varje vecka (varje månad?) Avsaknad av varmvatten: - Under vår vistelse fanns inget varmvatten i duscharna. OBS: till hostelets försvar bör nämnas att varmvattensberedaren var trasig - vi blev kompenserade med gratis frukost i sex dagar. Avsaknad av Luftkonditionering - Ingen luftkonditionering på rummen, detta kunde dock lösas om man sov med öppen balkongdörr

отель - часть общежития со всеми вытекающими. по приезду выяснилось, что по вине отеля не был оплачен номер. поселили в номер с грибком на стенах, самое большое пятно которого было прикрыто плакатом юлии тимошенко, потом предложили нормальный, но окна выходили на фасад улицы, поэтому с утра шум был обеспечен. горячей воды не было.

Das Hostel ist von aussen nicht als solches zu erkennen. Als Zimmer dienen Unterkunfte, in denen sonst einheimische Studenten wohnen. Die Einrichtung ist absolut unterste Kategorie (alt und schmuddelig), das wc stank nach Urin und das Bad war nicht geputzt. Selbst wenn ich es haette benutzen wollen, waere es nicht gegangen, weil es kein Wasser gab. 60 eur fuer eine Nacht ist auch waehrend der euro 2012 nicht akzeptabel gewesen.

обычное общежитие для студентов, секция из двух комнат с общим душем и туалетом. только два преимущества - относительно недалеко от метро и центра города, и цена (хотя вполне можно найти место и по приличней и меньшей цене).

комнаты очень грязные - много пыли. о слове комфорт можете просто забыть. да, и отсутствие горячей воды - давно уже отвык от такого...
