Excellent staff: professional, helpful and friendly. Lovely atmosphere created by their welcoming attitude together with the hotel's beautiful interior design and location in a quiet suburb.

Everything. This place is a little gem - wonderful 100% renovated big house made into a mini-hotel with lots of charm. I always stay there when I go to Kiev on business - would even change dates of visit to ensure that I can stay at Oselya. Ok, its a drive away to central Kiev, but thats the only downside. Wonderful staff and rooms, good internet connection, easy to book transfers and get all kinds of help which would be impossible to get with out a hassel at real hotels in central Kiev. 100% trustworthy place. Their garden is big plus when the season is right. Just remember to bring cash with you since there is no atm machine at walking distance and the hotel does not exchange currencies.

There is nothing to dislike.

They were friendly and helpful at all, for the small Hotel a friendly service also after 11 pm they served me a warm sandwich.Breakfast choice of 3 different types was ok.

Check out was a little chaos but end of the day we could solve it. Myself i miss a Sauna. Also the fridge didnt cool well-(

Clean room. B & b type feel.

Nothing much around there and feeling trapped a bit, without cab...couldnt wander around at all. Shower jets didnt work at all, clogged with hard water deposits. Nearby restaurant spotted me as an American and my order of "pivo" was filled with their $10 per draft beer and "meat plate with veggies" was returned with a $150 staggering array of all their meat on the menu...be careful.

Excellent service, well equipped room with free wi-fi. Clean, nice room and beautiful garden. The most valued was atmosphere I felt like home.

Excellent staff, very friendly indeed. Even though they were not very knowledgeable about Kiev's restaurants or best taxi service to use, they did their best to find out information for me. They provided coffee and tea on request and the breakfast was very adequate. The internet worked very well indeed, and mini bar prices were very reasonable.

Too far out of the city, which was a real drawback given that the taxis in Kiev are awful - no receipt or meter, often falling apart and usually unhelpful drivers. One even refused to drive out of Kiev to the hotel, saying it was too far to go.

The staff at the Oselya are fantastic. I can't say enough about how helpful they were. Their English is excellent and they did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast in the court yard was really nice.

My only issue was the distance to the center of town. The staff at the hotel took us to the subway and brought us back for free, which really make a difference. The subway system in Kiev is also quite fun to ride. It's very fast. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Kiev.

Owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and always accessible and responsive (emails/phone). Complimentary transfers from/to nearest metro station were very useful and always available. Most attractions are easily and quickly accessible by the very cheap and effective metro service. Room was spacious and clean with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast in the garden was nice, when weather permitted. The nearby Kazachok restaurant is a little bit expensive but very very good, and Oselya guests get 10% discount!

There were a couple of "hickups" during my stay, but nothing serious. It was clear everyone did their best to be helpful and help me make the most out of my stay.

This is an excellent hotel- quiet and clean. The personal is very friendly. Tasty meal, nice room, great and lovely place. Only 10 km from the centre of Kiev. Taxi costs over 10$ to the centre ( it takes us about 10 minutes ). We love Oselya very much and give the kisses to all the personal of the hotel. For our next trip we'd like to stay there.

Everybody has said this place is fantastic, they are all right. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff all of whom made us feel genuinely wlecome. From the moment I booked the hotel team began to sort out any problems for me, including a transfer from th airport. The room was large and airy and the gaden a great place to unwind and too have breakfast. The breakfasts are huge, we only managed the "Happy Belly", not the biggest on the menu, and that kept us going until dinner. The staff gave us directions to wherever we needed to go, and Olexander definitely went the extra mile by driving us to the football and bringing us home at 1:00am.

Maybe the hotel is a little further out of the centre of Kiev than I would have liked, but the number 17 bus and the metro got us to Khreschatyk in the city centre in around 30 minutes for about half a Euro (4.5 UAH). The good bits to the hotel far outweiged that.

Hotel itself was well maintained and service staff very attentive and accommodating. Nice outdoor garden and breakfast was very enjoyable.

Immediate area somewhat seedy and far from center city. Only one restaurant within walking distance. Neighbors all with large dogs so expect barking throughout the night.

The hotel was not to far from city center able to travel by local bus and metro to reach it. Was a small hotel in residental area no traffic very nice room and service.

Очень хороший не большой семейный отель с красивыми комфортными номерами. Обслуживание, оснащение и гостеприимность выше всяких похвал. Останавливались в отеле 2 раза и приедем еще. Спасибо.

schön, sauber, freundlich und einfach perfekt. Familiengeführtes Betrieb, sehr aufmerksam, alle Wünsche werden v.d. Augen abgelesen. Die Betreiber bieten auch Abhol- und Bringservice zum Flughafen. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Уютные номера в стиле Прованс. Чисто и тепло. Завтрак вполне нормальный ( омлет, овсянка, йогурт,мясная и сырная тарелка,соки,чай). Тихое место с красивым двориком.

Kleines Hotel mit sehr nettem und freundlichen Personal. Ich war zum 2. Mal dort, und falls ich nochmals nach Kiev reise wieder dort übernachten:)

Небольшой и уютный отель недалеко от центра города. Персонал приветлив и участлив в решении наших вопросов. К сожалению были только одни сутки. Рекомендую супружеским парам и для деловых поездок, когда хочется тишины и уюта.

Думаю при такой цене номер мог быть немного больше по площади.
