A basic but very efficient hotel if you need something near airport. Restaurant always open and they offer fast transfers to and from the airport 24/7.

Breakfast was great. Generally, good place for overnight stay.

Room was a bit shabby. It is probably hard to get to the city centre from there.

The food was first class, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was warm and comfortable. This hotel provided my with one of the best value experiences I have had as a frequent traveller.

The room was clean and tidy, but the bed was lumpy and the interior walls were thin enough to hear the slightest noises from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

Pleasantly surprised being the second hotel I tried in Ukraine ( 1st was horrible). Room was very spacious and clean. Food was good and reasonably priced.

A basic hotel located five minutes from the airport. Expect a functional bed and shower, great location for catching flights, taxi service to airport and a 24hour restaurant. Breakfast starts at 2am to accommodate for early travellers, very sensible. Basic, functional, serves a purpose.

no heating or a/c controlls inside the room. shower water control did not work properly. ceiling in room is old and needs to be replaced. didnt find it warm enough inside room when waking up early to prepare for flight.

Excellent location to Kiev/Boryspol airport. Airport transfer service at a fair price, which keeps one from dealing with local cab drivers which take advantage of American travlers. English speaking staff.

VERY poor soundproofing. Location - to go anywhere, you need to order a shuttle for 70 UAH because there is no public transportation nearby.

I came to Kiev from Belgorod and needed a hotel overnight close to Borispol Airport in order to catch a flight to London the next day. This was booked randomly by my daughter, and I was very happy with the room and especially with the service. Lovely friendly girls at reception, very polite and keen to help in every way. Breakfast was so-so but then again, I'm a very fussy eater. Will definitely stay there again when I go to London next time.

- there is no elevator so if you have a baggage (and in most cases you will have it) you will find difficult to take it with you especially if you have the ultimate floor - the breakfast is more than strange, I have seen a lot of countries and I have staied in a lot of hotels but I have never seen a breakfast that is already specificated in menu and have to choose you want one thing or another. For those who are not understand what I meen the breakfast is not like a buffet when you see the thing at the table and choose what is it better to take. There is a list in menu with a 3 sectors and you can ordine one thing from each sector. I can sure that it is not enough. - I have read before that the staff is normally polite but in my case I have met one girl may be in a bad mood, she wasn`t polite at all...

Nothing was stolen.

Windows did not open and it was on the second floor and no ability to alter climate in the room. So uncomfortable in the room with hot stale air. Super thin mattresses were terrible, bed make Ikea look like luxury. Dirty sheets, sheets did not fit. No amenities. Lights didn't all works. Literally one towel for two people. Crappy hotel is example of poor crappy country. So not three stars.

Very close to the airport (be careful not to confuse the direction when driving to the airport, there are no signs on the highway right there). I think it was built deliberately for those who need to stay near it overnight before an early flight. Very tasty food - as everywhere in Ukraine though. Served around the clock, breakfast available from 2am. очень близко от аэропорта, на машине буквально минут 5-10 (главное - не перепутать направление, выехав из отеля на трассу. Указатели появятся только перед самым поворотом.) Как я понимаю, построен специально для тех, кому нужно переночевать перед ранним вылетом. Очень вкусная еда (впрочем, как и везде на Украине). Ресторан открыт круглосуточно, завтраки с 2 часов ночи.

Shower holder was broken in my room. держалка для душа была поломана у меня в номере.

L'hôtel se trouve à proximité de l'aéroport international de Kiev (Borispol), et sur un simple coup de fil, un chauffeur vient vous y récupérer. Les chambres sont simples et propres. Le restaurant est ouvert 24/24 (je ne suis pas redescendu à 4h du matin pour vérifier s'il y avait encore quelqu'un !) et on y mange correctement.

Le comptoir de la réception est si haut qu'on ne voit que le sommet de la tête des hôtesses ! L'accueil n'est pas exactement chaleureux. L'hôtel est une bâtisse sortie du désert qui se contente d'empiler rationnellement des chambres afin de loger des voyageurs en transit, et il en résulte un certain manque de personnalité. La climatisation est collective, les résidents ne peuvent pas la régler. On ne peut pas trouver la moindre goutte d'alcool au restaurant, dommage quand on veut porter un toast ! Inutile aussi d'envisager vous dégourdir les jambes en faisant le tour du voisinage : il n'y a rien à voir, c'est le désert. Petit déjeuner gratuit pas vraiment copieux, il faut en outre répéter plusieurs fois pour avoir la totalité des portions auxquelles on a droit.

It is very close from the airport. They have 24 hour restaurant and you can eat at any time. They start serving you breakfast at 2 A.M. so if you have to catch an early flight, you can still have your breakfast.

The reception staff was not very knowledgeable. Although my reservation has been billed to my credit card soon after booking, the receptionist kept telling me that I did not pay for my room yet. She did not seem to understand or listen what I was telling her. Additionally, I asked the same receptionist if she knew where I could exchange 5 euros (I needed to buy a bottle of water from the bar), and she first said that she did not know, but then she thought that she had a chance to rip-me off a little and said that she can change me for 9 UAH for an EUR. The official rate of the day on google was 10 UAH for an EUR. I did not expect her to give me the official rate, nor did I think that for 5 euros the loss would be that big, but the gesture bothered me.
