The hotel is new one and clean.

Reception girl didn't wake me up in the early morning as i asked.

Everything was just great. The staff speaks excellent English and is very friendly and helpful!! Fantstic wireles internet connection - fast.

Exiting the elevator on 'Breakfast floor' the floor is surprisingly gradient/slopy, which can cause tumbling. This should be marked somehow. A nearby house has dogs, which were barking many times at night. The hotel should seek a cooperative solution with owner, as this issue could eventually prevent guests from returning to the hotel.

I have requested a shuttle on reception in the evening, but in the morning it appears that shuttle was not scheduled on the requested time. May be it was some kind of error or misunderstanding, but...

Very firendly staff. Really new and clean. Free WIFI works perfect. Good price/even breakfast included. Free hotel transport/works very well.

It s not really in the centre but 5-10 min walk to an underground station. It s 30 min ride to the centre which is not really a big problem. Cafe is not open later in the evening but there is a gas station across the road so you can buy still something.

This is a FANTASTIC deal. A taxi ride alone from Boryspol runs 300 grievna ($37.50) and for just a little more you get a room, a free shuttle bus, and breakfast, internet. Its just the best value in Kiev. The hotel is brand new and really nice. The staff is excellent. I can't think of enough good things to say about this hotel.

The 24 hour sandwich and beverage bar - isn't open 24 hours. And there really isn't anyplace to get something to eat when its not open. BUT there is a convenience store across the street with prepackaged, sandwiches, chips, juice, beer. So its not a big problem. The great things about this hotel FAR outshadow this tiny thing.

Clean, very nice hotel. Gives you everything you need for a bargain price. I'd stay there again, for sure.

Only negative is I could hear some traffic in the front of the hotel on the road in the morning. I'd simply suggest booking a room in the back of the hotel/away from the road.

Far from everything but airport

Excellent no frills hotel. Easy 5 minute walk from Boryspil Metro. Very clean. Scandinavian feel. Fast, free internet. Superb value for the price.

The hotel is a brand new one. Rooms are really well designed and furnished. They provide really good breakfast with delicious cappuccino. Great, convenient hotel!

Not in the city centre, but they are just 5-7 minutes from the metro. So not a big problem.

The hotel is new, clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is good for the travellers who need to go to the airport but at the same time not far from the metro station Borispolskaya so the way to the city will be just 30-40 min. The hotel has a complimentary transfer to the airport which was great. Good value for money you pay!

No way to eat lunch or dinner in the hotel.The restaurant is serving only breakfast and sandviches with tea or coffee during the day. As the area is not touristy there are no cafes or restaurants around as well.

The hotel is pretty new, the smell of fresh paint is still present. The staff is very friendly and helpful both at the front desk and down in the bar. Free airport shuttle bus is an advantage. Excellent value for money, I am sure they will eventually start charging more so take your chance asap.

We weren't able to get a shuttle bus service from the airport. Most likely because of some communication issues so make sure you get in touch with the hotel staff early. They provided with an excellent transfer service to the airport though and confirmed it is available from the airport to the hotel, just arrange it in a timely manner.

The whole hotel looks amazing, my room was just great. Even if this hotel is not located near the city center, it is good that it is close to a metro station, and also, the best part about this hotel is that they offer free rides from and to the airport.

Modern and good Hotel, very clean and good equiped, free shuttle to KBP and free fast Internet (WiFi), good metro-connection to the city-center.

Lift is still not working and warm water needs 10 to the room.

все отлично! прилетал в киев на одну ночь, была длительная пересадка в аэропорту. ожидал что могут быть трудности с трансфером из аэропорта - ничего подобного, встретили, а на следующий день обратно в аэропорт отвезли в удобное для меня время. персонал приветливый, можно оплатить при выезде. завтрак с 8 до 11, очень хороший. все понравилось.

Очень понравилось отношение персонала, Чистый уютный отель. Особая благодарность за трансфер. Если еще когда-нибудь окажусь в Киеве, снова остановлюсь в этом отеле.

уже писала отзыв - отелем и персоналом очень довольна, особенно за то, что между перелетами удобно останавливаться... и то, что предоставляют трансфер, входящий в стоимость проживания..... расположение тоже устраивает, 5 минут от ст.м.бориспольская..... и цена очень адекватная...... я сравниваю с квартирами в центре, теперь мне уютней и комфортней останавливаться в этом отеле ... еще раз про работу персонала - все вопросы и просьбы решаются оперативно и с должным вниманием - очень советую....

в 9,30 завтракать уже позно, хоть и завтрак до 10,00. перед полетом чуть разочаровало отсутствие почти всего, кроме 2 сосисок )))) шведский стол итак неразнообразный.... но омлет и бутерброды для скромного завтрака достаточны, если они есть ....

Все. За 320 в Киеве это шикарный отель. Персонал на любые просьбы откликался,мне надо было сумку и упаковать и отправить без моего присутствия ее перевозчиков, во всем помогали. Уровень обслуживания лучше, чем в европейских 3*, расположение достаточно удобное - 5 минут до метро, рядом с аэропортом, куда бесплатный трансфер - это лучший отель, если между самолетами надо в Киеве остановиться.... в центр до вокзала на такси 70 грн....я довольна очень.
