Very friendly staff, very clean rooms

Smell of smoke in bathroom, breakfast could be better.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and quiet.

A couple of days of workmen noise being undertaken but not a big problem.

We liked everything. Staff is beyond praise. The best hotel in the price range.

This hotel was built this past summer and has many things close by that are all within walking distance. The receptionists at the hotel are very sweet and will go out of their way to help you if you need a pharmacy or good resturant. If you are at this hotel and want to go to city center, just ask directions to bus stop (15 minute walk towards Mcdonalds) and either take bus 185 or bus 242 (numbers are posted on windshield) and for 3 uah just ride the bus until it is parked in city center. It is obvious where they stop at because the driver's take a break and another bus with same number departs again. Plus, if you stay on the bus until it stops for its break, you know where to walk to get back on the same bus to get back to Arkadia area. If you are interested in a gym, Arkadia Plaza Hotel is about 15 minute walk and for 120 uah a day, or 400 uah for a month; you can use their decent gym. Geneva has three different locations in Odessa, I toured one of the other Geneva Hotels in city center and it is very nice also. Wi-fi is perfect here and if it does slow down for any reason, just ask reception to reset it (which they know how to) and it works fine again. Receptionists speak good english, and there is a small shop right accross the street from hotel that have water, beer, and snacks for the stay. The breakfast is decent which includes, fruit, tea, coffee, cheese, meat, bread/toast, and a hard boiled egg. I have absolutely no complaints about Geneva and I would definitely stay there next time I am in Odessa. For the value of the price, it is perfect for being away from the busy and expensive city center area, but you are so close to the Arkadia beach area where you can walk or run on the paved paths and look at the beach of the Black Sea. Also, Geneva is linked up with a extremely good resturant which is a 15 minute walk and serves excellent food (probably the best borsch in the Arkadia area) and when you eat at the resturaunt, you get a discount.

I really couldn't imagine that I would stay in such a nice hotel in Odessa. Everything was new, design was very lovely, perfect work of the staff, and teasty breakfast, what can you expext more for such a little money!

Very friendly, helpful staff and super clean, sleek rooms. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and trolley 5 takes you to within a 10-15 minute walk of the city center.

Very attentive staff, smiling and attentive all the time. All of them knows english, and they do their best to make you feel at the comfort of your home.

Breakfast lounge needs a good decoration. It feels like you are dining in a cardbox.

Very clean rooms, the staff knows English, the breakfast was great, with fresh food. Everyone was very kind and responsive to any need. It is very appropriate for stays of any kind. The hotel is as it is shown in the photos, the rooms are very nice and homey. The Arcadia Beach is very close, it is a 10 minutes walk, you should see it during the night as well, the effect is extraordinary.

It is hard to reach the Hotel if you do not have a helpful map and know Russian. The location is a bit hidden, the street of the Hotel apparently nobody knows it, but if you search for Arcadia Beach, from there it should be easy to find the hotel.

From outside and from inside it looks like a brand new hotel, I think I never stayed in such a spotlessly clean rooms in my whole life. Very quiet location though still at only 10 minute walk to Arkadia beach. For Odessa region this is excellent value for money.

Not ideally located for visiting the old centre of Odesa. I first stayed a couple of nights in the centre of Odessa to visit the old center and then moved here for a few nights to enjoy night life at Arakadia

Wi fi was not working on my (4th) floor.

i really enjoyed the stay at this hotel, it's new, the rooms are clean, very confortable, look exactly like the pictures on bookin.com (new furniture, new clean spacious bathrooms), the hotel is very close to the beach of arcadia, aproximately 10min of walking. if you compare the confort and quality of the hotels around, geneva hotel is not expensive. I reccomand this hotel, if i go again to odessa i will definetly stay at geneva resort hotel

this hotel does not have a restaurant, so you coult not take breakfast there. just rooms and reception. in a double room, unfortunately they gave only one set of towels. (probably forgot...) but i would stay there again for sure.

хороший новый отель, все чисто и очень приятно. девушки на ресепшен молодцы, все поскажут и помогут. до пляжа аркадия пешком минут 20. до центра мы в основном добирались на такси от 150-200 руб.

место для завтрака небольшое помещение, иногда приходилось ждать свободного столика.

Очень хороший персонал. Приятные и чистые номера.

На 4-ом этаже были проблемы с водой, которая то заканчивалась, то появлялась снова в самый неожиданный момент. Завтраки так себе. Парковать машины нужно было на улице.

отель расположен в шаговой доступности от популярногл пляжа аркадия. до других известных мест надо ехать на машине. отель чистый, уютный номер, в наличии все необходимое. очень приятный и дружественный персонал на ресепшине, особенно ресепшионистка алина! давала очень ценные советы,куда пойти поесть,что посмотреть и тд вцелом все понравилось!

жили в номере категории классик,окно выходило на шиферный забор. скудные завтраки, нет горячего и свежесваренного кофе.
