“ Hello, My stay at your hotel was Fantasitc, one of the best I have stayed at overseas.... period..... The atmosphere is relaxing, the facilities are superb and the food and music in the evening are great. Any your staff is excellent! They were all so friendly, helpful and affable, and I am speak very little russian. I would recomend a stay there to anyone, and give you 5 stars..... Thank you, Christopher Lewis ”

Очень похоже, что это бывший партийный пансионат. Такой вывод я сделал, судя по архитектуре и набору услуг. Может и ошибаюсь. Не знаю. Сейчас это уже не важно. Потому что всё отремонтировано, в хорошем состоянии. Номер просторный, чистый. Потрясла исключительная приветливость и доброжелательность персонала. Такое отношение я встречал пока только в Европе. И то не везде. Завтрак простой, континентальный, довольно небольшой по объёму. WiFi работал устойчиво, сигнал был хороший. Бассейн небольшой, длиной метров 15, но как я понял, им редко кто пользуется, поэтому я пользовался им в одиночестве. Тренажерный зал с большим набором тренажёров. Есть две сауны, но ими я не пользовался. Всё это было включено в стоимость проживания. Короче, жить в этом отеле приятно во всех отношения, особенно, если приезжать в Кривой Рог поработать. Ещё раз скажу в заключении, что поразила доброжелательность персонала. Один раз забыли убраться в номере, но это не повод для отрицательного отзыва.

Персонал был очень внимательным и старательным, у отеля есть большая, хорошо оформленная лужайка и зимний сад. Горячая вода в отеле закончилась на третий день, никто не прореагировал, но вероятно это у них в обычаях - жить без горячей воды. Хозяева отеля вводят в заблуждение гостей и booking: при бронировании двухместного номера мы ожидали что включенный в стоимость завтрак будет тоже на двоих. Ан нет. Завтрак в стоимости номера был только на одного, за второго человека пришлось доплачивать. Прошу службы bookinga обратить на это внимание.

Neues Hotel, sauber, schöne Umgebung, ruhig, exclusiver Frühstücksraum ( Wintergarten), freundliches Personal, geräumige Zimmer. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Zentrum ist per Taxi in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Preis pro fahrt ca. CHF. 4.00 Praktisch wäre eine seperate Dusche in der Suite. Das Badezimmer ist gross genug dazu.
