Охайна і досить простора однокімнатна квартира в центрі міста. Весь будинок дещо пошарпаний, але саме приміщення чисте й досить комфортне. Ліжко хороше, є холодильник та імпровізована кухня — закуток з чайником (чаї, цукор теж є) і електроплиткою. Перший поверх, але вікна виходять на дуже тиху вулицю. Взимку може бути прохолодно, але на цей випадок у квартирі був додатковий обігрівач.
