Bed was comfortable and large. Very quiet courtyard location and staff went out of their way to help and refused any tipping. I had a very nice stay here.

No AC controls found. The hotel is difficult to find without phoning the hotel for assistance. Sometimes the hotel staff is not around to ask questions. Entrance to the hotel is not very appealing but once inside it is very nice.

Great location, great room, value for money, interior design, clean, private, quiet.

The apartment itself was perfect. Nice, clean and quite. Same for location in city centre. The perfect inside of the apartment is a different world compared to the outside of the building blocks.

Difficult to find initially. The outside environment (of the buildings around) looks bad.

The hotel met my expectations.

Everything previously mentioned by others that did stay. It was very nice once inside the room. Internet was great. Location in the city was great! Plenty of places to eat. Very clean and rooms were well polished.

The entry to the office was both difficult to find and a little dodgy. I was initially concerned about the security but the concern fizzled the next morning. I had some troubles understanding the staff. On the other hand, it is not my country and I do not speak the language...so that is my problem.

Very comfortable, big and clean. Comparing to prices in Kiev, its a very good deal for such big apartment. Staff could speak better english, but was enough to get things done.

Very hard to find and the entrance looks dodgy, makes you almost give up on staying there. Dont worry, as soon as you are inside, everything is good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, comfortabel and tastefully decorated. Hotel is close to the centre.

It would be great if the hotel could offer breakfast.

Everything was perfect and exactly as photos provided... Of course it is kraine and you have to forget about the back yard and common areas leading to the apartment...

Room was superb! Location is right in the city centre, less than couple of minutes walk from Hreshatik. Staff are very welcoming and there to help you 24/7.

No proper sings to find which building the actual apartments are in, took us a while to find the right place but once reception was contacted they even came outside to meet us.

Very nicely designed rooms (in some categories only though), lot's of space, in very city centre but still so silent, polite and friendly service, personal atmosphere. I stayed at Theatre Apart for the third time already.

All plus points only count once you enter the appartment. The surrounding is not that promising, but that's ok once you know the place.

Location of the apartment-hotel is superb and unbeatable! Rooms are very spacious, extremely clean and have everything you need for comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable and it was warm in the room which I appreciated.

No complains at all. Everything worked properly and staff was helpful.

The location of the apartments is unbeatable - 5 min walk to Khreshatik, 2 min walk to the Opera House, 10-15 min walk to Sofiya Cathedral and Independence Square. The room itself is excellent - everythihg is new, functional, clean, the bed is very good and I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to other people. You won't regret your money for it! Thanks to the hotel staff who take proper care of the place and its guests.

The hotel may not be easy to find - from Bogdana Khmelnizkogo street 10 you enter the arch to get into the yard and go down-right where you will find the entrance to the house - a regular house with flats where you need to call the number of your apartment. If there are at all any disadvantages, then I would say the price - at the end of the day I understand that the average daily rate is not less than 100 EUR which is not cheap for Ukraine, but in a way still worth it - the quality is good.

Great location, just steps from the historical city center, had kitchenette, very clean as if you'd stay in 4 star hotel in Europe or USA, quite big room, that can also accommodate extra person on the couch, everyday cleaning service, we liked how the apartment was furnished with the taste.

It is a little bit frustrating when you enter the building, because it is in the apartment building. But it is just the first impression, you don't notice that once you settle.

Finding the palace is sort of a challenge

the location is superb, very close to Kreschatik street and metro. Spaceous and love the tall ceiling and decoration. Staff is friendly and tries their best to assist in any way.

Not really a dislike, just showering is a little awkard; I guess the design is more for using the bath. Also was a little hard to find; look for "Airwalk" shoe shop which is next to the drive way to the apartment.
