ZERO, nothing to dislike. Even when the electrical fuses blew out in my room 401 at 11 PM, the staff promptly moved me to a comparable room 404.
The staff let me check into the room 5 hours before the 2 PM "ready" time, even when my train arrived in early morning. Really economical rates with a wide range of room sizes and levels, compared to Kiev and Odessa hotels. Municipal City Hall is right across the street, with big plaza and a statue of the Three Fates, which was a focal point for Ukraine Army memorial of soldiers lost in Russian invasion. Downhill across that big plaza are many restaurants, ATMs, and the central walking street (mall). The hotel itself is really nice and clean. The maid staff always gives you two 0.5-L bottles of water each day, free, along with slippers, extra clothes hangers, and anything you ask for. The front desk called an honest taxi for me, only 23 UAH (less than 2 dollars) to the train station.
