great ukrainian barock public areas, helpfull staff, good bfboxes for early starteres, perfect downton location , 5 min. walk to pedestrian area this big hotel has no lift, take better a porter for the luggage

Hotel was Excellent value, but they recommended a taxi which was a bit expensive (120 UAH for the 10 minute journey to the airport at 5AM).

Very up scale room was a little small for the description Business double bed was expecting a little larger and upscale room ... was very comfortable but seems like it should have been bigger and with a little more class for a business class room very friendly staff very elegant reception and restaurant

The room was on 4th floor - it is rather difficult to reach it with heavy luggage, because there is no lift in the hotel. The single bed was extremely narrow (70 cm). Hotel offers highly expensive taxi to the airport but after short struggle the price became standard. Unfortunately, one hasn't got a choice when has to stay in this city

Заехали в отель 22.03.13 втроем (мы с женой и дочка 7 лет)на 2 дня.Отель, конечно,внешне очень красивый в итальянском стиле,хороший ресторан (очень хороший шведский стол на завтрак - ничего лишнего и все съедобно)Очень удобное расположение. Т.к. основная цель поездки была посещение монастыря с мощами св.Луки, то расположение отеля очень удобное ( до монастыря 15 -20 минут не спеша...), да и просто погулять по городу есть где... До аэропорта на атомобиле10-15 минут Номера простые - интерьер на троечку(простая мебель и сантехника в контрасте с убранством холлов и ресторана)

Приятный персонал При всей ампирности обстановки на ресепшен и ресторана - абсолютно устаревшие номера с маленькими раздолбанными кроватями (одноместный номер) и пузатым ТВ. Наверно руководству пора уже вложиться в переоснащение номеров...

Les menus proposés par l'hôtel et la qualité de la cuisine. La grandeur de la chambre. La propreté dans la chambre et surtout la salle de bain. Les photos de la chambre affichées sur le site ne révèlent pas la réalité.

De persoonlijke aandacht, na 2 dagen wist een ieder achter de balie wie ik was en hoefde niet meer om mijn sleutel te vragen. het personeel wist mijn naam en kamer nummer. De schoonmaak dienst belde eerst netjes op dat ze de kamer wilde schoonmaken. Dat zorgde ervoor dat ik mij niet hoefde te haasten en zorgde voor de gewenste privacy.
