Hotel Vele Rosso    

It is ok if you don't mind the lots of problems it has -it's close to a small beach -offers bike rentals for 200 uah for a day. - has a nice green territory

- Towels and sheets aren't changed every day unless told so - the single bed is small with not-so-good cracking mattress - the pillows are hard as rock - breakfast is the same everyday, poor in choice and plain - music in the restaurant is unpleasant - TV is small, very dark - The walls are not noise-proof - very far from the center, about 40min with public transportation - the soap has a bad smell, the shampoo is good, but there is no conditioner

The hotel is very clean, modern and new- really good for Ukraine. Bus and tram are right out front. Very close to the beach. If you have a car, this might be a good choice.

Location is very far from the centre, you need to catch a tram or bus which takes around 30 minutes to the centre. Walls are very thin, so you can hear everything! Staff are ok, but not very friendly.

Beautiful building, grounds, trees, decor. Very near the beach on the Black Sea in a quiet and clean neighborhood. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Good price even for the off-season.

Although I was in a very nice economy room the bed was low and the there were two low stools at a small table, no chairs.

Clean room, simple, quiet with comfortable beds

No pool, parking was limited and poorly laid out. Couldnt process my credit card so I paid cash then charged my card,credit given same day

The grew is very friendly, helpfull and speaks English. Very clean rooms. This counts for the whole hotel. Sauna: if you have had dinner in the restaurant for min. Uah 500,00 you receive 1 h sauna for free.

There is no lift. Sauna and restaurant (also for breakfast) is outside the building. This can be annoying. Espacially in the winter season. The sauna is not for free! You have to pay for 1 hour and receive 1 h for free. Costs: appr. € 20,00 (uah: 200.00). To be aware that the hotel is not close to the centre. But there is a tram stop nearby. The tram will bring you to the train station where you have to take the bus to the centre. The prices in the hotel for example a bottle of water or a taxi (ordered by the hotel) are 4 times bigger than normal.

The hotel management tries to meet the european hotel standards. This is good. The staff is trained to be friendly and customer oriented. But Odessa is Odessa. There still some specific on how everything is done - from design, furnising to description of the hotel facilities at booking.com. We enjoyed our saty in Odessa very much. And the most important that hotel Vele Rosso didn't compromise our enjoyment. It is fair enough to say that we can recommend this hotel for short stay in Odessa for travellers who drive own cars or have no issues with travelling to/from the hotel.

The value for money is less attractive in this hotel. However overpricing appears to be the general trend for many hotels in Odessa. Other couple of observations - cleaning is expected to be a bit careful and breakfast a bit wealthy.

The hotel is very new, extremely clean and comfortable. It's set in lovely surroundings and gardens. In general the Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant however their English is limited.

The location is not ideal as in the middle of nowhere. There is a conveniance shop next door but nothing else as in more of a residential area. A 10 min taxi ride to Arcadia Beach and 20 mins to city centre.

Many things.Price is the first,because room is too small,nothing correspond to pictures.Air conditioner in the room didn't work and no reaction of personnel for request about repair also refused to change the room. Shower and toilet acessories not provided. Breakfast very bad and very poor,no any choice,only three complex breakfasts,one worse than other.If you traveling with children-no food for them,even no juice offered.Milk for coffee also absent.Parking is not free,not expensive,but anyway,for such price of hotel it should be include.

The hotel front desk staff were English speaking, pleasant. The grounds were immaculate. Secure parking-no charge. Free wifi. Trees and flowers everywhere which were beautiful and wonderful. Nice hotel lobby bar. Quiet Short distance to beach. Trolley right in front of hotel. I was thrilled to find this place. When I return to Odessa, I plan to stay there again.

Restaurant---service was not on time and seemed unaware of customer service.

Очень приветливый персонал. Завтраки на выбор 3 вида. Уютно, чисто.

В 216 номере не ловился интернет. Приходилось выходить в коридор, чтобы все работало.

Место расположения, персонал, быстрый интернет.

Останавливались с друзьями все очень понравилось. Хорошие номера с балконами и кондиционерами. Рядом чистый хороший пляж. Сотрудницы отеля искренне стараются сделать отдых максимально комфортным, предлагают удобные варианты размещения (без всяких напоминаний). Отличная кухня в ресторане. Были приятно удивлены вечером в ресторане живая музыка.

Una estancia de dos noches con el televisor averiado,y además una fuga de agua en el cuarto de baños. Me había tomado dos cervezas del minibar,y pedí que no me las cobraran como cortesía por las dos incidencias.Nisiquiera tuvieron esta cortesía. Muy mal por parte de un hotel.

Gut und sauber. Nettes und freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind etwas klein aber sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Далеко до центра города, но эту проблему решает транспорт

Превосходный отель с необыкновенно комфортными номерами. Красивый зеленый парк на территории отеля, можно посидеть почитать книгу выпить чай или кофе на летний террасе. Очень хорошие завтраки, шведская линия. Недалеко благоустроенный пляж. бесплатный доступ в интернет на всей территории отеля. Рекомендую всем! Приятного отдыха!

Элегантный новый отель возле моря, в спокойном квартале. Пребывание оставило наилучшие впечатления! У меня был отличный светлый номер с балконом, чистый номер, все нужное есть. Персонал приветлив. К сожалению, был только одни сутки. Рекомендую супружеским парам и для деловых поездок, когда хочется тишины и уюта.

Хороший отель если планируется отдых на пляже. Чисто, уютно, тихо. Впечатление от пребывания осталось хорошее.
