Location! Very near to metro station and just 1 stop to city center

Personnel hardly speak english Breakfast is just pancake or omlette. Not good if you have a room in side of spareparts workshop. Expensive and i think not 4 stars and must be just 3

Minimum time of checking in, polite young stuff, comfortable rooms with an usual set of the hotel's room, breakfast on menu but was enough for me at least, so nothing special to mark as negative, I would say: just ordinary as promissed

Strange to see so many booklets of massage ads and envelope to leave the tip for cleaning lady - first time in my life!!!

Good location near the Kharkov central bus station. Excellent service. Good food and drinks reasonably priced. Good hotel, but a little warn-out. Good deal for the money. Fairly busy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was visiting my girlfriend and they were able to arrange a bouquet of flowers for me. Also the airport taxi service (15 Euro) is excellent and they arranged taxis for me when needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Wifi connection is poor.

I went in the winter time, and hot water bath was awsome. The water was very hot just the way it supposed to be. My room was roomy and comfortable with great lighting.

Wi-fi signal is very weak in my room, virtually not getting it. I had to go to lobby to catch signal.

Nice staff, food good, great price, good location with great cafe next door and shops nearby.

No lift and my fiancee has her foot in plaster - had to carry her up to 4th floor

That Hotel is perfect starting from the very moment you step inside. Receptionists done their job perfectly(fast, professional and with smile) as well as the other staff. Rooms are equiped with all you will need. Clean, cosy, comfortable! I can strongly reccomend it!

They took the money from my credit card before I arrived hotel.

A good hotel I can recommend. Receptionists spoke english fluently and was very helpful and nice. Breakfast OK, not outstanding. But waiters was also very nice and helpful. Hotel has their own driver/taxi, and i would especially recommend to book this for the Airport arrival and departure. Supermarket/foodstore sharing same entrance as a cafè located next to the hotel if you need something, but the lobby restaurant had nice meals at a reasonable price. I bit heavy traffic ouside the hotel as it is located in the city (Kharkov has a lot of traffic and the car fleet is quite noisy). Rooms were clean and beds good.

Хотелось бы поблагодарить персонал отеля, за прекрасное обслуживание, особенно хотел заметить тот факт что по моей просьбе, администрацией отеля было предоставленно дополнительное спальное место для ребенка, несмотря на то, что номер одноместный. Я доволен пребыванием в отеле, все на высоком уровне при скромной цене за номер, все чисто, уютно и приветливо. Обязательно в следующий раз воспользуюсь услугами отеля Viva.

Номера улучшенного стандарта сильно различаются по размеру и комфортабельности, а стоят одинаково.

Просторный номер, в отеле тихо. Хороший санузел, есть фен, всё удобно. До центра города можно добраться пешком или на метро (рядом станция). Удобный проезд до отеля, если на машине.

Сейчас в отеле курить запрещено, но раньше в номере курили. Запах въелся намертво. Завтраки очень скромные, лучше вообще не включать их в стоимость номера.

цена, расположение, персонал, бесплатная парковка, вкусный хоть и не большой завтрак - приносят в номер, чисто

ключи от номера - не карты, нет сейфа в номере, нет лифта

понравилось только расположение

заказал номер с двумя отдельными кроватями. дали одну широкую застеленную кровать и диван. разложили диван, горничная принесла постель, бросила и ушла, мол заправляйте сами. нашли в номере конвертик с надписью "если вам понравилось как убирают в номере - оставьте чаевые". жил в сотнях отелей по всему миру, такой наглости никогда не видел. лифта нет, санузел - мрачный как в тюрьме... реально гостинице можно дать 2,5 звезды, не больше.

расположение, цена.

во всех номерах на 2-х только 1 тапки. всегда! только один халат. всегда! часто хамы на рецепшене. один раз было холодно в номере, отказались переселить, вместо этого принесли обогреватель. основная претензия к тапкам и халатам.

ЦЕНА Отличный отель. Удобные , просторные номера. Расположение рядом с метро. Неплохой завтрак, лучше выбирать блинчики.

Не очень удобная конструкция душа. Но в целом функционально и не портит впечатление. Так тут подруга говорит что душ нормальный был и минусов вообще никаких нет у гостинницы, пусть так :)

Все понравилось, особенно цена!!!!! Будем останавливаться и дальше
