Very relaxed atmosphere and very good service. The family was always there to help at any time. I appreciated everything they did for me. Also I would like to thank Natalia for the very enjoyable and comfortable taxi ride back to Odessa.

Perhaps transparency with how they charge you for services. Example,, meals, washing clothes. I did not mind paying although it would have been nice to know individual costs.

We liked the common areas, the sitting room especially. Our bedroom was comfy. The bathroom was perfectly clean, the tub was comfy and the provided soaps were very nice. Olga was very nice even though we didn't speak the same language and her breakfast was fabulous, she is an amazing cook.

The pool/spa was not available, nor was the bar or billiards table in the photographs. Communication was hard for a non-Russian speaking traveller.
