Big room

Location far from center, area creepy to arrive by night! The entrance of hotel is in repairement, the door of hotel is open, with no light, and no guardian.

Nothing

The hotel was in a dark and deserted area of town, had no lighting in the corridors, no air conditioning, a broken window, no lift, no internet and when I arrived it looked like a deserted building. All in all it was a very bad experience.

The receptionist was helpful.

Noise of workman from upper floor. Hotel did not mentioned that there were on-going repair. Cracks in the walls but clean. After specifically requesting double bed I was provided with two single beds and this was rather useless for single traveller. Cafe is not working on premises so I have resulted to going and searching for the shop in freezing cold weather.

The Price was fair. The bed was comfortable and nice bathroom.

The room temperature was not warm enough. The were also no warm (thick) blankets to use. Not enough outlets in the room to use.

The Staff was Amazing and Sasha went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. She is a very nice woman:) The Rooms are very nice and spacious. I will tell anyone going to this hotel it is a work in progress. It is in a car garage that works on Jaguars and other high end vehicle's . So you must go through the front of the Garage and when you arrive you cannot even tell it is a Hotel:) I am an American and I arrived late at night no one spoke English so it was kind of a rough start:) I think I woke the whole neighborhood. But I know once they get everything up and going this will be a first class place and I would stay again.

Well I must say that I do not know if this is just the Ukraine or What but the Electricity stayed off most of the time and it is winter so yes I froze my butt off:( But the staff felt very bad about this and found me another Hotel. And to my surprise when I went online to check my credit card account they had refunded all of the Money I had paid them for my stay:)) And I thought this was fantastic and very honorable.

Stuff girls are helpfull.

There is no hotel, automobile repair shop may be. To find impossible, dark street, dark builds. No light anywhere. Freezer rooms. Only air conditions for heating but no works. No water in bathroom (hot or cold). Horrible.

I did not understand, there is a hotel, really. Everywhere is close. Reception door was closed usually. No light all place. Very very cold rooms. We have flu. No water in the bathrooms. Horrible.

Nice quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle. Easy access to town on local commuter buses. Reception staff extremely polite and helpful.

был самым дешевым отелем из предложенных на наши даты

- отель очень сложно найти, примечательных вывесок нет, навигатор вел по узким разбитым улочкам. - на первом этаже отеля - автомастерская - в отеле все еще идет ремонт (май 2013) - в номере кроме кровати и раскладного дивана не было ничего. - из двух забронированных номеров достался только 1, так как во втором не было горячей воды. Пришлось брать "улучшенный" номер - в номере был таракан - свет в отеле не включали с 12 ночи до 11 утра - кондиционер не работал Очень жалеем, что не прочли заранее отзывы других туристов.

Недобудований готель, немає гарячої води, зранку небуло світла, з вечора небуло холодної води, хамське відношення, номира грязні.

в номерах чисто. быстрый вай-фай. много тв каналов,если это плюс.

как я поняла в отеле(точнее переделанном под него автосалоне) электричество работает от генератора. который вырубался каждые пару часов. из-за этого не было ни света,ни вай-фая. в день выезда электричество не работало вообще,а девушка с ресепшена хлопала глазами и говорила,что ничего не может сделать. отопление не работало, в номере было безумно холодно. кондер работает только на охлаждение. в душе не было горячей воды,как долго я ее не сливала. в общем,хотелось быстрее уехать оттуда.

в номере было чисто, уютно, очень жарко, что приходилось открывать окно

Очень бюджетный вариант, фото не отображают действительности. При строительстве экономили на ВСЁМ. При "-1" за окном, в номере холодно. В отеле ведутся ремонтные работы. Хотя отель, это сильно громко сказано (бывший автосалон).

Die gute Lage (Trolleybus Li.10, Nightshop), Sauberkeit, Warmwasser super, Duscheabfluss gut (nicht überall - auch in teueren Hotels keine Selbstverständlichkeit, qualit. TV, sofortige Lösung mit guten Zusatzheizung

Erste Nacht saukalt, Matraze schlecht, bitte kein Kaffe nehmen - wahnisnnig teuer 30 Hr. Noch im aufbau, wenn voll belegt wird vermutlich ungenügende Lärmisolation...

Отель новый, чистый, есть все необходимое. Есть парковка. Персонал дружелюбный, ответственный. Для путешествий - отличный вариант!

Хорошая, чистая, новенькая гостиница. Переделанная из автосалона по продаже дорогих иномарк. (на качестве номеров не влияет, но снаружи, узнать что это гостиница а не продажа авто - неочивидно). Задворки тихого спального района.

Расположена далеко от всего, и удобна только если вы на машине.

не дорого, чистенько, не плохо покормили на завтраке.

Расположен в здании авто салона. Ночью долго ждали, пока откроют дверь (15 мин) Отопление в номере не работало (январь), нам поставили инфракрасные обогреватели. В здании холодно.
