Score from 320 reviews Very good
free parking, perfect facility
far away from city center
close to all events
if you are looking for a place to watch an event at the complex you need to start a bus or shuttle later then 6:00pm on fri or sat or sunday nites . very long walk for tired people to walk back
Able to walk to our concert with out having to drive!
Modern, good proximity to sports complex, great staff.
Need better signs to help navigate people back to the hotel. If no guard had been at the gate to the navy yard we would have had alot of trouble finding it due to lack of signage. Bistro needs later hours for those returning from ball games and would like to eat.
The rooms was very clean and bed was comfortable.
The location was extremely hard to find and the guards on Navy yard didn't give great direction. Futhermore, the location was not near any restaurants or even fast foods. Again looking for the hotel and nearby restaurants was very difficult even using a GPS.
Great facilities, room was superb and good bar and restaurant food.
Swimming pool would make it perfect!
The hotel and facilities are pristine. It's practically brand new, modern, and very comfortable. The TV is great with plenty of channels and the room temperature is auto controlled via wall unit. You should have no problem being comfortable here.
The hotel is part of an up and coming Navy Yard area. It can be confusing to get around because you need to enter through a gated area with security to get into the hotel. Also, keep in mind there is nothing there (stores, restaurants, or civilization other than a few offices and the stadiums). You will need a car, but highways are all close by to get around.
We enjoyed all the helpful kind accomadting staff. Always greeted with a warm and welcoming staff. Our chamber maid housekeeper our room number was 236, Miss Tanaya Reeder deserves to be acknowledged, Taneesha you went out of your way to make us feel so very welcomed and comfortable. We were far from home but made us feel at home. Thank you for going over and above to ensure our stay was perfect!! Your smile kindness sun shining positive attitude should be recognized by your supervisors and an increase in pay is in order! Thank you Tanaya we hope you enjoy your summer and hope to see you in September We will specifically ask for you by name to do our room!!! We had the best trip thank you everyone!!!!
No room service & some more options variety in the food market. Not being from the area it was hard to find stores Everything else was wonderful!!
I was only there one night but I was very impressed with my room.
I liked: 1- the new building and the great design and style 2- location beside the navy yard. Was good
1- the breakfast was not good. I thought the have an open buffet but the had fixed menu you order from. The timing for the breakfast was short
Everything here was fantastic. From the staff, to the room- there are absolutely no complaints! The room was gorgeous and immaculate. The bathroom was even better. I've lived in the Philly area for years, and I've stayed at many different hotels but this is the absolute best experience I've had at any of them. It's the best place to stay if you are going to an Eagles/Phillies/Flyers/76ers game or a concert.
it was clean
Too expensive considering location and lack of any facility.
Loved the room, friendly staff and cleanliness. Will def. come back next time we stay in Philly.
It's was hard to find the hotel. You need signs to guide people to get there. The sign in front of the hotel was hard to see.
Is a real la new hotel the location is nice but a little bit complicated to reach
I like the room it feel so comfortable especially is the bathroom showerhead is excellent ,and everything is so clean.
Knowledgeable, helpful staff. The Bistro is a great feature.
Great location, interesting surrounding (Navy Yard), near to I-95 without the noise.
Another hotel (chain) that is credit card only. Seriously? Since when is money no longer good to buy you a good night's sleep?
The staff were all respectful and helpful. Our room was fantastic and clean. It was so nice for the cost we paid we got way more then expected.
The staff was the best helpful in every way. Thank you to them all.
Location was way off but I enjoyed my stay. Thank you again
Clean, modern and excellent customer service. Room had lots of outlets for charging devices.
Access in and out of property is confusing and depends on time of day due to Navy Yard gate closures.
Loved the king size bed and bathroom was large and modern. Breakfast was delicious.
The pull out couch was very thin and uncomfortable.
The hotel is very nice and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze and my friends and I really enjoyed our stay.
Hotel was nice, staff very nice.
Rooms small, sleeper sofa was the worst thing I'd ever slept on.
Absolutely gorgeous, modern, brand new hotel. Easy parking. Good access to businesses in the Naval Yard if you are there for that reason. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed.
The hotel is several miles from the center of Philadelphia. There is no public transportation, and it's very difficult to get cab. The walk to the nearest subway station at the Wells Fargo is about 10-20 minutes and involves walking on a busy highway with no sidewalks- not doable. We asked the Front Desk clerk about cabs and she called one for us. She said we needed to give 45 minute notice which we did, but when we arrived in the lobby to look for the taxi she told us they had canceled. She had not called us prior to that to inform us of the change! She called another company but we had to be at our appointed destination in 15 minutes. It was our luck that another cab pulled in to drop off a fare and took us into the city. It is a $15 cab ride to Old City, probably $20 to Center City. Getting home was OK, but the gates to one entrance are closed on the weekend so we had to go through the main Naval Yard entry and drive around to the hotel. They really need a shuttle service to and from the nearby subway station at the Sports Complex or some other way to enhance transportation to and from the city.
