The bed

This Motel is great value for money. It's located on the main street. There's no frills, but it's clean and comfortable with Wifi and Cable TV.

Dirty room,small

The desk was helpful and nice. She gave excellent walking directions to some great places to eat and have a drink. The room and bath were perfectly clean. It was fun taking the easy and short walking tour of the jfk memorial markers.

Location

The bathroom was too small., the bed could have been more comfortable and more selection for a continental breakfast.

I definitely liked the location. Just about everything that you needed was within walking distance from the Inn.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

the cable could use an upgrade. i stay there on sundays and the only channel i watch for football all day does not have sound at all which is a big part of my stay

The location.

The shower curtain needed to be changed or cleaned....there was mold on it.

It was well located to conference center It was clean and comfortable and it was a good value for the price. I would stay there again

Everything but our dirty room

Dirty room had to complain they did not care

We really enjoyed our stay there (3 nights): - dreaming location (in heart of downtown): all restaurants and shops are 3 minutes away walking, and the port to take the boat to Nantucket is less than 10 minute away by walking. - large and well decorated room, perfectly clean. - fancy bed king size, good TV. - a "funny" story happened to me: I forgot my car's keys inside my car which was locked => it was 10 P.M on the labour day (3 sept) so everything was closed but the janitor helped me like if it was his own personal problem: he searched online all the possible repair service companies, called every number he could, offered me to accompany me to the police station and was really comforting. He borrowed me his phone with no hesitation and finally a repair company came in less than hour and fixed my problem : I didn't pay a penny.

- A restaurant nearby had a music band performing every night (labour day week end) and we could hear the music from the room, but the music stopped kind of early (around midnight), so it eventually didn't disturb us. - isolation is not bad, but not great: you can hear sometime the toilet flush of the room on top, or people bassing by outside, but the noise is very acceptable and it eventually didn't disturb us.

The Cape Cod Inn is located right at the center of Hyannis, where all the stores and restaurants are. For the money you pay you get a basic, yet nice breakfast and free wi-fi. The bed was quite comfy and the room has a refrigerator.

The bathroom wasn't clean and we found other people's hair everywhere. Our room was on the ground floor, with one end facing the parking and the other straight into the indoor pool, so opening the windows and getting some fresh air was problematic and the room was extremely stuffy.

Location

Didn't like being woke up at 1:00 in the morning to a pub manager using the f word to an employee and continueing to speak in a very loud voice until another guest above me opened their door and said something. Also woke up to a drunken female going up and down the stairs outside my door at 4:00 in the morning.Mattress was old and lumpy.Bathroom needs some tlc.

down town was great, lots of shops.

the price, its not time sq.

First the room wasn't cleaned prior to us getting there, we had no shower curtain in the room. The barthroom mirror was completely covered with spit or tooth paste? The night manager was good enough to clean the mirror himself and bring us a shower curtain. Because of a long drive we didn't check into our room until after 11 Pm, We slept for a few hours and hurried and check out asap, although we had originally expected to spend 2 nights. But no way could we have done that. Then when we checked out I was told that they would have to check to see if a refund could be given to me. They did charge me asap!!

The location was convenient.

The staff could have been friendlier, and our bathroom was quite gross.

Cape cod inn is adequate for a trip. My room wasn't especially clean but I only was staying one night. If it was a longer stay I wouldn't do it again. I had a premium room that wasn't worth the money.

I though the manager was very helpful and tried hard.

1 The door key system needs an upgrade. It just didn't work very often. 2 It would be nice if yoy could have a couple of signs in each room that said "make up the room" and "Do not disturb. 3 It would be nice if you installed a lock that allowed the occupant to ensure privacy.

It was centrally located for our visit to Cape Cod and very reasonably priced

Swimming pool was locked when we arrived and never appeared to be open/used
