Warm,Friendly with excellent clean comfortable facilities. I found the hotel staff firendly and hospitable they did their upmost to make your stay enjoyable. I will most definitely return to this hotel whilst in NYC and would fully recommend.
I was pleasantly surprised at how big the room was, this is rare in NYC. We were very comfortable, the room was clean and it had everything we needed. We will definitely come back !
The staff was very nice, a little bit more enthusiasm would have been perfect but they were not unpleasant at all.
It is near Grand Central and many other attractions are within a walkable distance. The rooms are a good size for NYC and the price is reasonable (NYC standards).
The bathrooms are on the rather small side.
The Tuscany is about a 10-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, but it's a world away. Midtown East is noticeably quieter and less crowded but there are a number of good restaurants within walking distance. You're also close to the Lexington Avenue subway line. And the hotel itself? Clean, elegant and comfortable. Ask for a room with Chrysler views.
I have only two issues with the Tuscany: 1) No counter space in the bathroom. 2) Hallways are a bit noisy. Put in better soundproofing near the doors at the next renovation.
great QUIET room 201, nice firm bed with excellent linens, very courteous staff, very up to date bath with new walk in shower, all with the best location 3 blocks from GC
Excellent staff - very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size. Pricey for what we got, even allowing for NYC hotel prices.
Bathroom needs more counter space. Coffee maker should already be in room instead of having to ask for it. Ice is only in the basement.
This is a nice hotel, very well located and the rooms are large, much larger than the average in the price range in New York. I would stay there again.
When I arrived, the receptionist on duty was not particularly warm or welcoming. He did however tell me that I had been upgraded. How nice I thought. When I got to my room, rather than the corner studio I had booked, with a walk in closet,it was right across from the elevator, not a corner and no walk in closet. I rang down to reception and tried several times, no one answered. The following morning, I spoke to the receptionist on duty about the mix up and he assured me than my room was an upgrade. Finally, on the 3rd day, with another receptionist and on my third attempt, they finally admitted that I did not get the right room, this was not an upgrade and I was in fact due a refund. Shame I had to work so hard!
Rooms very quite 'roomy' - Bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in - Stayed on the 7th floor - There are only 7-8(?) rooms on each floor- and although we were by the elevator - as were most of the rooms - we heard little to no noise from other guests Or street noise. And we had a great view of the City
No Ice is available Limited selection of breakfast items in the lobby and they don't open the breakfast 'bar' til later.
I made some requests at the booking, and they gave me everything I asked for. Excellent customer service
No good breakfast options, not a real lobby, no restaurant to eat. They have one at the sister hotel, but food poor.
Very attentive staff and excellent location.
I wouldn't say the rooms were dirty, but they should vacuum a bit better.
Not enough coffee in room or excess to ice
The small size and coziness
Lack of real restaurant. Not close to business locations. Noisy street at night.
Very comfortable rooms spacious and well furnished. Location very good. Staff very helpful. Especially door man who helped with luggage and booked really good car to the airport.
Would have loved tea and coffee making facilities
Fantastic location, very friendly staff, the bed is incredible! We had a very spacious room, but were told we had a "complimentary upgrade." Don't know about other rooms, ours was fabulous.
A small point, but for the price of the rooms, I would think a cup of coffee in the a.m. could be included. There is a small coffee area but we paid for ours. The concierge (next door) was not helpful. Perhaps she is new.
I've been there twice this year The second time we go tan excellent view
We were not allowed to leave an empty bag while www entre to Boston
Amazing location and staff. They couldn't have been more helpful. I contacted the hotel weeks before our arrival and they even agreed for me to have some packages delivered to the hotel prior to my arrival. The room was comfortable, clean and well kitted out with all the things we needed (although my wife did morn the absence of a kettle!). Cannot recommend this perfectly located reasonably priced manhattan hotel.
Wifi was temperamental
location, size of room, boutique feel
Location - it was central, yet quiet. I slept so well every night. It felt so safe too, & we had a wonderful view of the Empire State Building out of our window. We could walk back from 5th avenue after a shopping trip. The room was very spacious with a sitting area too, and very clean.
The bar wasn't fantastic, but then there were lots of other lovely cocktail bars close by. Wifi was on the slow side and a little unreliable.
- location is very central - spacious rooms
-airconditioning is very loud -wifi connection is bad at some times
Spacious rooms, great bathroom, closet area, plenty of space which is rare in a Ny hotel, comfy bed, convenient location, silent neighbourhood
Lack of kettle in the room and no room service after 11 pm is something u dont expect from a hotel at this cost
Very nice hotel, few minutes from public transport (Grand Central station) All Midtown in walkable distance. Clean, we liked the design (personal taste of course), especially the bathroom.
We were not planning to have breakfast in the hotel and that was good plan because it didn't look very inviting.
Nice Hotel. Very good value. Good design
Loved that the Staff recognized that I frequently stay at the Court, and treated me as special as they do there. My room was absolutely beautiful
Nothing. It was a great stay!
My partner and I booked a two nights stay and had a great time The room was everything that the website described There was a discrepancy with the meal plan that was offered with my stay through booking.com It stated 20 per person per night for a breakfast plan But we ended up with a two-day credit for continental breakfast Not sure where the communications went wrong on that But the Tuscany did their best to rectify the situation
The mini bar was completely overpriced Also the hotel could use some outside space courtyard , rooftop , excetra
Studio was bright when we arrived in afternoon and LARGE
