The room was quite large, the shower was divine
Went for one night stay. Good location near Grand Central. Room was nice, and even had a little patio (perhaps only one-ask for 201). Plenty of food options nearby (it is NYC after all), including for breakfast just around the corner on Lexington. Good neighborhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Needed to use business center and it was easy. Got a decent price (under $200) on what was a spacious, good room.
Nothing horrible, but they charged at the business center not just to print but also to use the internet. Also not too bad, but the food/drink options in the Lobby were limited except in the morning; you can get things nearby, which is probably why this is true. Could only get lukewarm water when tried to shower at night, but plenty of hot water in the morning. Wifi was free and strong signal, but not secured (and since I refused cookies on my phone's browser, reset several times an hour).
Bed was so comfortable & big. Excellent location.
it stated that toiletries were Molten Brown only soap was. Very poor imitation!

Reception staff were very attentive. We had a room upgrade which we were told about on arrival for no reason! Free wifi. The most comfortable bed. A large shower. Large room space. Great location in the centre of midtown. Had a view of the Empire State from our bedroom!!

Friendly front desk staff, they gave us a rose for Valentine's Day, which was a little cheesy, but a really nice thought regardless. Bathroom was modern and clean, with a shower that had great water pressure. HUGE room for nyc, I was surprised. The bed was super comfortable and I had no problem falling asleep. Wifi was easy to set up and use. The area is quiet, yet near a lot of food options and the subway. Our room was next to the elevator and I was initially worried about noise, but it turned out to be be very quiet and not a problem at all.
While the bed was comfortable, the comforter and pillows had a very strong perfume-y smell. Almost like it was cleaned with too many dryer sheets or something. (Or just doused in air freshener?) It didn't keep me up at night, but it was somewhat annoying. That, and the comforter itself had some odd cluster of staples at the end corners?? Again, it didn't interfere with comfort or sleep quality, the staples weren't poking us, but it was a little unsettling. The bathroom would have been perfect if not for the fact that water gets all over the floor while you shower, due to a gap at the bottom of the glass shower walls. Regardless, I consider these small issues, and I would return.
I stayed in the Loft Suite. It was AMAZING. Such a beautiful space. There was a great view of the Chrysler Bldg from our 16th Floor Suite. The bed was comfortable, the sofa in the living area was big and amazing. The staff was great and extremely helpful.
Literally, no complaints. I wish my stay was longer than just one night. Oh -- if there was anything 2 robes instead of 1 would have been great but that was so negligible.
Everyone was super helpful but....
the lock on my door was broken and i had to make multiple trips to the front desk to have someone let me into my room. It also was not easy to figure out the haeting system so when I got to my room it was 62 degrees.brrrrrrrr. Maintenance came up and turned up but turned up to 80 degrees needless to say I woke up hot and thirsty.

We arrived at 01:00 am, due to airline delay, nobody was there for the baggage (it is a 4 stars hotel). Rceception and common areas carpet was dirty and on our floor also worn-out. Furniture in our room in bad condition and also worn-out, and overall look of the room a bit "poor", although the room was spacious. Late check-out policy absolutely unfriendly and not gentle at all. We go to New York 3 or 4 times a year and must say we have had much better experience in Manhattan for the same price, or enthusiastic experience for a mere 10-15% higher price. Will not go back.

Wifi didn't work, it was broken. Room next to lift was a bit noisy the first night.
For some reason the concierge wasn't able to process our keys and the doorman needed to go up and open the door... But he knocked on 1502 first and the room was occupied, then radio'd and 1005 was assigned. There was a hair in the faucet of the bathroom. 15 mins later another person brought the room keys.
Poor service and unpleasant staff except for the bell boy. Minimal facilities, no breakfast and outrageous prices at adjoining bar. We ordered 2 coffees and 2 croissants our first morning and was charged over $30. The room heating system is antiquated and made a tremendous amount of noise when functioning. I would advise ear plugs if you intend to stay at the Tuscany. We had reservations for 4 days, but cancelled the last 2.

Very spacey room, perfectly quite (at least at eleven floor). Good location, close to the subway and Grand Central (but not too close). Quick and polite service. Very comfortable huge bed.
No safe deposit box in the room. The WIFI connection is not very stable, but when there is connection, the internet is pretty fast. There is no international (foreign) TV channels in the room.
Great bathroom. Beautiful room.
