Loved everything! Doorman was great. Room immaculate. Bed comfortable. Too many wonderful things to list!
Can't think of a thing.
It is located very coveniently near Grand Central station and 10 min walk to Empire state building. It has very big rooms/ bathroom. Very clean and very comfortable bed.
A bit too pricey.
really spacious room, great bed, this hotel is what it is, nothing more nothing less. Low prices huge rooms (talking for NYC). Nice view of Chrysler building too. Great location just 2 minutes from grand central station. This hotel was really a pleasant surprise though i moved there after a week of stay in warwick hotel which was almost double the price and half the space.
No safe box in my room, no slippers. but no problem
Room size and layout
The bed was so confortable All electronics accessory The shower The quiet sector
I liked the location and the price. It was also very spacious.
Well the only complaint was that one night we said we wanted a cab and the guy at reception said the doorman on the outside would assist but when we got outside there was no doorman.
Great beds, nice design. Loved it and I am picky !
The location is a bit quiet (few restaurants and shops around) but this can either be seen as positive or negative so depends on your taste.
Hotel was in perfect location. Our room was immaculate and comfortable with well done decor. Staff was friendly. Hotel upgraded us upon check in. Loved it. Would definitely stay again!
Room size and location.
Unfriendly staff. Bad room service, bad food and had to wait over 30 minutes for a bucket of ice.
the location was a good one
The elevators were noisy and loud. The noise starts in the morning and you wake up with this noise. The heating and cooling unit is also loud and vibrating when it works. There is no space to put your stuff in the bathroom even your tooth brush
Great location Great staff Quiet
The location only 3 blocks from Central Station. Good dining with lots of variety within easy walking distance. Large well appointed room with a great shower.
Not much. We really enjoyed our stay.
Very very friendly staff especially Mr. Shane at front desk. Big but cosy rooms. Great location for business travellers. I have stayed here a couple of times and enjoy it, that is why I come back.
Staff not very friendly. Hotel is very noisy, outside and inside noise very loud in the room.
We stayed here to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. The location was perfect and the hotel was perfect and updated, which was just what we were looking for. The staff was very accommodating and gave us some great recommendations for places to go for drinks as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel in Midtown!
Almost everything about the Tuscany is great. It is one of the few hotels in New York that I always enjoy staying at. The location, Murray Hill district, is fantastic and is littered with loads of eateries, pubs and places to go out in the evening. It is also very close to Grand Central and many other attractions.
Quiet neighborhood, a Starbucks close by, food options aplenty in the area. Grand Central was an easy 5 minute walk when it was time for us to leave. Most importantly the bed was so comfortable that my wife asked if I thought that they would notice if she were to try to take it home with her.
One issue only. The drapes in the room were all broken so they couldn't raise to let light in. Front desk said they were defective and are being replaced one by one.
size of the rooms, comfy bed, walking wardroab, location, minibar, lights in the room
small gym, extremely noisy elevator, poorly designed bar and breakfast area,
Simple but it covers all the basics needs. Very quiet. Good location. It was perfect for us.
The bed could have been a little newer and the bed sheets were basic hotel sheets. Could be a tad better quality, more cotton, less synthetic.
We loved the location; quiet at night and walkable to many sights with good restaurants very nearby. The bed was especially comfortable. Housekeeping was really nice and did not bother us when we slept in late but yet always had our room made up when we got back in the afternoon.
We were in a corner suite and the wifi did not work within the main part of the room (worked only when you stood by the door). When I inquired at the desk I was told to call tech support and then was charged for the phone call! The bathroom was nice but small and could have used more counter space near the sink.
Everyone was very friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms spacious and clean. Highly recommend this place if you want to be in the city.
Breakfast prices were a little steep. A boiled egg and yogurt was $8!
Made very welcome. Had a quiet room with a view. Spacious room made our 10 day stay very comfortable. Boutique style hotel with great ambience. Friendly staff. We were able to book activities via sister hotel.
No tea or coffee making facilities.
I liked the location, the spacious room, the fact it wasn't loud when trying to sleep.
Everything around the hotel was closed by 10 pm, so if we wanted to do anything late we had to walk a ways or get a taxi to other areas of town. Some would probably consider this a good thing though!
Close to Grand Central so could get to virtually anywhere. The Front of Desk staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful and courteous. Room designs were excellent with large room sizes. Finishes/fixtures may be improved somewhat.
none that i could recall. Try and avoid room 203, or rooms close to the elevator.
Staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Location is excellent, as it is very close to the main tourist attractions, yet situated on a quieter street, so as not to be constantly disturbed by the street noise. Room was a good size and very very comfortable.
