The hotel is well maintained and was a pleasant surprise given the price and location. The personnel were professional and went out of their way to help. Needed a power strip, and they loaned me one from their supply - in the middle of the night.
close to the grand central terminal, walking distance to times square, empire state building.
bathroom is clean but washbasin is leaky.
Easy to get to by cab if coming from JFK. Close to Grand Central station. Short walk to Time Square and the Rockefeller Centre.
Main light switch in room appeared to do nothing.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful.
WiFi kept going in and out and was a pain to put the code in constantly. I would rather have an empty frig to put my own snacks in. No one in their right mine would buy the things in that frig with those prices! Just leave it empty!
Location. The hotel was very centrally located and mor importantly subway station was on a five minutes walk.
Wifi was very poor.
Location was great and the room cosy. Staff at checkout were excellent but on arrival was a different matter!
The girl that checked us in was a right moody mare. (Service with a smile it was not!). Wifi kept dropping out. Carpet was frayed by bathroom and towels were ripped and frayed.
We spent 5 nights in The Court hotel, 3 people in a 2 rooms-suite. It was spacious, quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. From one of our windows we could see the Empire State Building. Rooms have free WiFi.
The speed of the WiFi connection could be minimum 3-4 times faster.
Staff were nice, rooms ok.
Shower curtains in a tiny bath in a 4 star hotel? Annoying lamps/lighting in room.
Stayed in a Junior Suite Heaps of cupboard space Large room very spacious Comfortable bed Excellent Location Fantastic staff and cleaners
Only negative is the shower drains slowly.
Perfect location and good sized rooms
Very convenient location near Grand Central Station The size of the room was exceptional for NYC Good price for what you get
Expensive breakfast - eat somewhere else
Walking distance to many great locations or a few blocks to Grand Central station.
Room was next to lift which had a squeak...
Staff very friendly, kindly upgraded our room as we were staying for 8 nights. Wifi connection amazing, room very soundproof and very close to grand central station
AC was a little noisy but not a big issue
location and room
small crowded elevators
Room size, decorating and cleanliness
NO coffee available in the a.m. This is an amenity that I love in a hotel!!!
The bathroom was very dated & there was paint & plaster falling from the ceiling.
Very convenient and short distance from our convention HQs; spacious and well laid out room; very clean.
Delayed check-in put us in position to rush later that evening; very "thin" windows (facing busy Lexington Ave.)made for very noisy nights - hard to sleep; staff made no extra efforts.
Clean, rather large room (410) Very nice staff.
The lobby was very dark and drab. Not at all like the pictures.
The room was big. We were 4 and the room was sufficient.
No tv -only for extra charge. The lock of the door was broken and we had to keep requesting for it to be fixed. Breakfast was very expensive so we ate at the exelent bagel store nearby.
The staff was excellent, and the room was great. We had so much room, and it was so nice not to be falling on each other. Really great.
We needed the sofa bed and it was broken, which was unfortunate. But they brought us a rollaway bed, and it was just fine. Would have been nice, though, to have had a functional sofa bed.
It was a very easy place to stay. Everybody did their job, and did it well. The room was quiet, and had a view of the Chrysler Building. Close to sights to see and transportation. Great stay in NYC!
$9 for coffee in the restaurant, so we just went down the street to any number of diners, delis, or Dunkin Donuts.
Rooms were clean Staff friendly Close to all Very accomodating
wi fi was vary poor.
Good location, sizeable room.
Bit painful to have to continue putting wifi password in.
I liked how the hotel looks exactly how it looks online. The beds were comfortable and the room is a good size.
I didn't like how the people working at the front desk were so rude. They don't greet you or anything. Then when I called down for things I needed they took forever to bring them up. There was a point in time where they didn't even answer the phone downstairs. They just ignored it. The hotel wasn't bad but I would never go back again and I wouldn't reccommend it to anyone. You don't get what you pay for.
