St. Giles - The Court  

хорошее месторасположение, основные достопримечательности(эмпаер, флатирон, тайм сквер, централ парк, центральный вокзал) рядом, в 5-15 минутах хотьбы, рядом много станций метро, добраться в любую часть города не проблема, номера чистые и просторные.

нет бесплатного интернета, в номерах почти нет сигнала.. слабенькое освещение номера, берут депозит 100$ за ночь. дороговато..

Great location and big room for NYC.

The hotel looks a bit dated but it was clean.

The room should be better defined as a "small apartment", very spacious and comfortable. The 42nd street and 5th ave are at walking distance, as well as Times Square for the touristic buses. Great location.

Superb location , room is spacious , comfortable and clean.

No hot drinking water facilities and basic complimentary plain water or coffee like other hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent. We had a Superior room which was indeed spacious. A large bedroom, with a King size bed and an adjacent room with sofas and a large flatscreen tv. Plenty of storage facilities. The digital equipment was of high standard. Free WiFi in the hotel is something I do appreciate. The room was clean and with neutral smell. The cleaning was good as well.

The Belkin adaptor for the Iphone did not work. Could be a bit noicy depending on the floor level and which side of the hotel the room is facing. Our friends had more noice than we. When the renovation is ready it will be even more nice to look at the facede.

excellent location - so near to the Empire Building, Chrysler Building, Grand Central Station, 5th Avenue, Broadway theaters, Times Square; nice design rooms, but already a little older equipment, quick and fast lifts.

I recommend staying at a higher floor or at night to use the ear buds. In the morning the street is already alive, next to the hotel reconstruction is performed.

The bedrooms were a good size for ny, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the daily maid service was excellent in terms of cleanliness, the bell boys were extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff behind the desks had a definite 'snooty' air and were not like the rest of the 'lower' ranked staff (who excelled at the art of customer service). The daily room service was not good at replacing used items regularly (water, wine) The air conditioning in the room was ridiculously loud - impossible to leave on through the night if too stuffy. We found it less noisy to leave the window open! The air con externally made very peculiar and loud banging / clanging noises - so bad that first, we thought someone was trying to get into the room!

Great looks and hygeine despite relatively old facilities.

In obvious situations where the hotel is responsible for a certain problem, the staff likes to "play dumb"

The customer service was super. Access to the room and the security was great.

The room was small, but we were informed it was Larger (400 SQ FT), the windows and windows seals were in a very Bad condition, the bathtub would not drain correctly, water always submerged and not sealed correctly around inside. Was to be a quiet room, the maid had door open outside of our door making squeaking noise that woke us up daily.We travel ofteten and stayed in 4 and 5 stars Hotels, but because of the room issue/s, we can only rate this Hotel a 3Star! As stated, customer service was good.

For a four star hotel there were not a lot of things provided that I can get at a basic Marriott. Like free coffee/coffee pot in the room, breakfast buffets and a very very small room. If you receive stars based on the ability to nickle and dime you for every little thing then this is a four star hotel. The windows were so thin you could clearly hear traffic and conversation on the street while trying to sleep. Then on our last day there was a guy either protesting or advertising the hotel with a mega phone starting at 6 am in the morning. April 16th 2012

The location - central to most NYC haunts.

I could always hear the elevator movements and in the mornings, the cleaning staff were a little too loud.

Besides not being very close to Times Square, this hotel is placed in very nice and amusing location and with a very little effort you can get to Times Square and 5th Avenue by foot. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful. The room is pretty comfortable and has enough space for us and our huge luggage. Its also well cleaned. The wireless service is free, even inside the room and worked very well.

There was nothing wrong about this hotel during our staying. We just can't give an accurate oppinion about the cost-benefit relation, cause we got it for a pretty nice price because of a booking.com special price.
