The best three things ot this hotel are location, location and location. Also, the staff keeps the rooms clean. Rooms are small (good training if you plan going to Europe), inside lighting is limited and troubles getting the Internet signal.

The staff were all absolutely curteous and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Great bathroom with hairdryer and good shampoos and towels. The hotel is in the best area and so close to everything. Free tea and coffee every morning Wonderful comfortable queen size bed, with excellent linen.

The convieniance of the hotel to the city The rooms are very compact and claustraphopic, we had booked a "Queen Delux" which was a double bed in a pocky room, we did complain and were moved into a more suitable room. The breakfast ( with a voucher each day) was classed as continental was in the grill room of the hotel and consisted of either a muffin or a croissant and a drink, no cereals or juices and no plates just serviettes, we were extrememly disappointed, and would not recommend this hotel.

Room was small, musty odor, could hear flush of next room. Adequate although a bit tight. Would prefer larger room size of room--great for one person, cramped for two!

Rooms were small but clean. Good quiet location in city centre but a little way from historic sights. Good value for money. Interesting building Although we booked a superior Queen the room we were allocated was very poky. On complaining we were reallocated to a better sized room, more to our liking. We would recommend this hotel but with reservations

At the heart of city. Very close to Fairmont Hotel if you have courses there! Parking is not easy. There is a public park for 32$ per day. You may get discount %15 discount with a stamp from reception. There were no kettle for coffe. And no microwave! The bed was small for two but the room was "Standard Single Room" anyway :)

The hotel was very good for us as it was our honeymoon and we where going to fenway park to watch the baseball and the hotel is in a bood location for this. Very close to most public transport. Very enjoyable stay. The only bad thing i could think of and it wasn't much , but I would have thought for our honeymoon they could have done the small gift like other hotels have done for us, ie:flowers in the room, bottle of wine , choclates or that sort of thing, not really complaining but I do think it is a nice gesture.

Nice complex with lots of brochures on things to do. Windows were not double glazed and shunting trains were quite noisy at night. Would have liked coffee facilities in room.

Staff was helpful and friendly, especially Israel at the front desk. Room was small but big enough for me, since I was travelling on my own. More importantly, it was neat and tidy and had obviously been recently renovated. I will stay there again on my next visit to Boston! Water flow in the shower was a bit weak for my taste.

Very convenient location. Close to Back Bay station (Amtrak, commuter rail and mbta orange line) as well as green line. Great Back Bay location. Free Wi-fi. Small rooms. Full-size bed, not queen so probably not good for more than one person. Sort of noisy.

Welcoming, helpful staff and stylish public rooms in a historic building. Well-appointed, comfortable room. Great neighborhood; A short walk to the architectural treasures of Copley Square: Boston Public Library, Trinity Church. Elegant Newbury Street, Copley Place and Prudential Center shopping. Amtrack Commuter Rail station and subway nearby.

We needed a reasonable hotel in the location we needed for new years eve. This hotel perfectly fit the bill. The location was superb(we were able to park our car..walk to the restaurant and to the club and back to hotel with ease. The staff was very nice..the offer of a glass of champagne was classy..the room was very nice and very clean.. Our biggest complaint was the walls are so thin that it was very noisy..we could hear the person next door pass gas..and every time someone flushed the toilet it was very loud..
