Good hotel stuff.

The isolation is not very good, you can hear noise from neighber.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel and also the obligingness of the staff.

The room we stayed in on the 6th floor was very noicy because of the external air conditioners on a roof outside our room. We moved to the 8th floor which was less noicy but this room was not as confortable. The continental breakfast was poor.

needs earlier checkin time. I arrived at 1300 and had to change clothes in the public restroom because my room was not available. Very discouraging.

Cleanliness of hotel was good and staff were nice, otherwise the facilities like coffee after a long day were not available.

Yes the stated coffee after a day out was not available till the following morning. Dont think this is satisfactory. We would not have stayed there if we had known this was the case. Also the room was like a hospital ward. No carpets only a rug. No mirror. No bedside table. Also the double bed was pushed up to the wall. We pulled it away, but then it was partly under the 8th floor window and was without a headboard.

Excellent location.Clean and comfortable no-frills rooms. Nice, newly outfitted bathroom with shower. Free LAN internet connection.

The "continental breakfast" is skimpy.

The hotel was clean and well situated for a good city break. The staff were very helpful and although the room was small it was clean.

Small rooms and the breakfast was only a small cup of coffee and a pastry.

Good location next to the Back Bay subway station. Clean and tidy room, quiet despite of ongoing construction site next doors. Amazing amount of pillows available.

The breakfast was only a coupon valid in the hotel bar for a free choice of two articles of the following list: small coffee, small juice, a pastry, a small soda. In the bar other options are available at your own expense.

Very convenient location - close to the station and walking distance to the shopping district.

A lot of variation in terms of how helpful the staff were. Some were lovely, others blatantly ignored me! Note that the room didn't have a wardrobe - not a problem for me as I was only staying the one night, but not great if you're staying for a week. And the 'continental breakfast' was really only a bottle of juice and a muffin!

Excellent location - easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, parks and transport. Room was very quiet.

Free breakfast is not the greatest.
