①ダウンタウンを歩くのに、ロケーションがよかった。②日本人女性スタッフの対応が適切だった。 ①日曜日に１階の朝食をとる店が規定の時間にしまっていた。②洗面所の電気が切れていたので、レセプション- に告げたが、なかなか取替えに来てくれなかった。 |

なにより市街地どまんなか！治安も良く、夜中まで出歩けます（推奨しませんがｗ）観光にはうってつけです。- ホテルは寝るだけ！って割り切れる人ならなおさら。日本のビジネスホテルのやや広い程度だと思えばOKです- 。 湯船がない点。あと４泊以上は１泊分無料って書いてあるのに割り引きになりませんでした＞＜ |

We enjoyed the location of the hotel and also the obligingness of the staff. The room we stayed in on the 6th floor was very noicy because of the external air conditioners on a roof outside our room. We moved to the 8th floor which was less noicy but this room was not as confortable. The continental breakfast was poor. |

location needs earlier checkin time. I arrived at 1300 and had to change clothes in the public restroom because my room was not available. Very discouraging. |

It is very clean, new and well maintained. Room is very comfortable. Although it is just next to the John Hancock Building and Back Bay Shopping area it felt like home. breakfast is limited and not enough unless you buy some some more yourself |

Cleanliness of hotel was good and staff were nice, otherwise the facilities like coffee after a long day were not available. Yes the stated coffee after a day out was not available till the following morning. Dont think this is satisfactory. We would not have stayed there if we had known this was the case. Also the room was like a hospital ward. No carpets only a rug. No mirror. No bedside table. Also the double bed was pushed up to the wall. We pulled it away, but then it was partly under the 8th floor window and was without a headboard. |

Very good location for a visit to Boston both as a tourist and if you want to shop, the huge Prudential shopping centre is very close. Very minor issue. Breakfast was confusing on the first visit if like me you did not read the voucher properly. |

Happy, friendly desk service and concierge. Polite cleaner I encountered in the corridor. Lots of ice. Pleasantly decorated, both lobby and rooms. Comfortable roomy lobby. Desk forgot my wake-up call. Mattress good, but a little lumpy. Shower sprayed over the floor when I turned it on. No water or sodas in vending machine. |

The hotel was clean and well situated for a good city break. The staff were very helpful and although the room was small it was clean. Small rooms and the breakfast was only a small cup of coffee and a pastry. |

Excellent location and nice, clean rooms with good facilities. Free hi-speed internet in all rooms and cable tv. Overall a very good hotle. The staff were a little impersonal but still efficient. |

Good location next to the Back Bay subway station. Clean and tidy room, quiet despite of ongoing construction site next doors. Amazing amount of pillows available. The breakfast was only a coupon valid in the hotel bar for a free choice of two articles of the following list: small coffee, small juice, a pastry, a small soda. In the bar other options are available at your own expense. |

Very convenient location - close to the station and walking distance to the shopping district. A lot of variation in terms of how helpful the staff were. Some were lovely, others blatantly ignored me! Note that the room didn't have a wardrobe - not a problem for me as I was only staying the one night, but not great if you're staying for a week. And the 'continental breakfast' was really only a bottle of juice and a muffin! |

Free Internet, the opportunity to have a bar fridge (would be better if it was stocked) the various pillows on offer and the amneties in the bathroom. No porter service or ramp into the hotel for heavy suitcases. |
