Walls very dirty. No covers on the bedding. Not enough pillows. Charges $50 a day for cleaning but only cleans once after you leave. Dumpster outside window. Trucks come a 7:20 in morning and make a huge racket. No dishwasher or washing machine like on add.

Only one access key for 3 people, we had to coordinate our schedules to work around that. More keys would improve the experience
I loved the location!!! It was so near everything I wanted to do. The area is vibrant, there's the energy of the city and many fabulous restaurants. Close to shopping, sightseeing and I felt the area was very safe. Many people walking in the street till after 11pm. I loved having an apartment as it made me feel much more at home. I really likes the evening person on duty. There was a shop attached to the building. I loved my view. It's a port I had such a few days and so much sightseeing and shopping that I. Oils my spend more time relaxing on the studio. I liked that one had to swipe to come in and use the lifts. Made me feel safe.
Personally, I feel the passages don't fit in with the rest of the modernity of the place. Reception and the entrance is so clean. It is modern but the passages upstairs are dingy and don't smell so good. It feels dark and very, very old fashioned. I didn't like the fact that the television was not working as it would have been nice to unwind to a movie or series.
Apartment only for 2 persons..... not for 5 as advertised. Dirty block of apartments with lots of people living in it with dogs. Stinking......
The tv didnt work at all, there were no channels connected. The aircon is non existent. I dont know why a cleaning fee is charged as the apartment was dirty when we booked in. The floors were not sweeped, the dust in the bathroom was so thick it was sticky. The fridge was dirty inside and on top.
Do not stay HERE....Scam!!! The company that takes your money is off-site, the local concierge can't help "cos it's not their place". The toilet door locked us in, the shower/bath was filthy and didn't drain, taps leaked, the Internet password was wrong and no one knew the right code, blinds were broken so light streamed in all night, there was no tv reception, the fridge was filthy and rotten chicken was left in fridge. We demanded to change rooms and the following night they reluctantly agreed... The next room had almost all the same issues?
The location and the wifi.
No service: no one clean the room and I paid $50 for it. We have to reuse the towel. And no tv service/cable. What is the point to have a tv in the room. The AC control is broken. It is a little cold. Someone came in the room the second day and left a carpet on the floor. Do not even know who was that !?
The room was extremly dirty! We had long black hair in the bath and in the toillet. The carpet wasn't vacumeed at all, so that we can see what last hotel guests ate. Digusting!
Location is good.
Free Wifi was offered but was not available. Flat TV's existed as offered but without cable signal nor open tv available. No washine machine although it was offered. Air conditioning device was old and noisy (55 db beside the bed). No possibility to turn it off or to regulate it. The floor was sticky, not very clean. I complained just after arrival and 4 days after that, no one from 1500 Mass Apartel has contacted me. The building is being remodeled, so far only the lobby and the building's TV room was ready. Paint smell all around and noise from the construction. Overall, perhaps a 2 star facility well located. I am extremely dissapointed, deceived and upset with the very poor service and the services offered but not existant.
