Staff and location were great - staff very helpful and friendly and the hotel has all the amenities needed. Hotel needs a modest up-grade. It is a bit worn. Bed spread needed to be changed -- plastic everything. Breakfast choices need to be re-thought... omelettes wrapped in plastic.... did not see anyone take that. How much harder to do a warming tray with scrambled eggs?

breakfast was nice ... 2 double bed s... not enough room.... need to have king beds ... or at least cots to rent ...we were husband and wife and 2 children.... didnt want to get another room ... we needed to be together...

The room was clean, up to date and very comfortable. The location was close to shopping and the battlefields and the breakfast was very ample. We will stay here again on our next trip. The only thing that we had to ask for was more in room coffee pods. Only one of regular and one of decaf was supplied for a two person room.

Great location close to all attractions we had planned. Located in heart of town where we could walk to shops and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable and budget friendly. Great serve-yourself breakfast buffet too! More road noise than I would have liked but it was also anticipated do to location. The hotel is across the street from a fas station. It wasn't noisy to the point we wouldn't go back and the pros outweighed the cons.

location of hotel is a big plus. Also, the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable.The free continental breakfast was also quite nice. The maid service was also very good. The price was very competitive. The hotel is pet friendly and there were several dogs staying in the hotel during our visit. As much as the hotel tries to keep the rooms and common areas clean, there is an animal smell throughout the hotel. Also, the signal for the free wifi needs to be made stronger.

Location was great. Place was clean. We left a piece of luggage behind. We contacted them twice by phone and never got a response, the front desk kept saying it was a house keeping issue. No one ever returned by call from house keeping after leaving a couple of messages. Not helpful.

We loved our stay here! Location can not be beat, beds are very comfy, bathrooms are spotless and breakfast was very nice. The staff was super friendly and made great suggestions on places to eat and things to see. We've already booked a return visit and joined the preferred "club". Thank you for your hospitality during our stay! No HBO...oh well

The hotel was excellent. We have stayed in much more expensive rooms recently (4) and this was the biggest and nicest. The desk staff was friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there the next time we visit Gettysburg. Thanks
