I loved the rooms they were awesome and the location was great about 0.5 from the casinos and down the street from the grocery store reall loved the location walking distance from almost everything i wanted to see and do

You get quality for your money at 3 peaks.

Housekeeping service is only up to 3pm.

I enjoyed the way we were made to feel special. We go an upgrade on both of our rooms for free. We were 6 adults. The rooms were very clean and the staff made sure we had everything we needed.

Price of the firewood and that the office closed at 10.

Location was pretty good, close to a lot of businesses and services. It is a good value for money option.

The room was kind of dark and the furniture was not very good The bathroom was okay but the cleaness and water output of the shower were just enough.

Location, free upgrade from Deon, fireplace, balcony.

Great central location for a great price. We walked to town a block away for our meals and could also catch the lift to the ski fields!

They immediately changed our room after we complained to the noise coming from upstairs guests. The hot tub was very enjoiable in the cold winter night we stayed.

Photos of a "studio room" are shown in booking.com when selecting a "motel room"; this is misleading. The hot tub is opened until 10pm, no exceptions even on Valentine's day with 3 couples enyoining it.

amazing hot tub! we stayed at 3 Peaks Resort for only one night in January, but the hut tub was running and we had a great time. clean room, friendly staff.

The room was big. Fireplace was nice. The bathtub was huge too.

The bed was VERY uncomfortable causing insomnia. Location is slightly further from heavenly village then expected. The walls are too thin and you could hear the other rooms. When someone showers, you hear this irritating buzzing noise coming from one of the compressor located in the wall.

Dated room Older tv with minimal reception I was charged 1.00 each for 3 phone calls to the front desk which were never answered. Room phone had no listing of int3ernal front desk #

Value for money, warm, friendly, comfortable, great location. Very helpful staff when checking in. We were impressed with everything, coming from Australia to the snow in Lake Tahoe was amazing, 3 peaks resort was more than we expected.

Nothing here we didn't like.

We've stayed there twice. Good location, dog friendly, great outdoor hottub, rustic feel.

WiFi sucks. Both times we've stayed there, we've spent way too much time trying to get the internet going, never entirely successfully.. They really need to improve this if they want to advertise that they have WiFi.

Bathrooms need remodeling very badly. There was a strong noise from the pipes when using the shower in our room or the room above. Bathroom vanity was moldy. Pots and pans in the kitchen were very cheap scratched non-stick.

The room was unbelievable good!!!!!! Never saw a more perfect room and i should know, i am flight attendant!

The decorations & how it's actually quite & got some sleep very comfortable.

When I went to take a shower the water was cold 2days in a row I hated that!

Good environment and price

They said they will email the receipt for me they didn't and also they charged me $6.00 more dollars without any reason after we left the motel and I sent them email noone reply me. Is there a way that I can get in touch with them?

imagine sleeping on a cloud, this is what the bed feels like, very clean, very comfortable and the staff is excellent!

Friendly staff very helpful. Location of hotel, beautiful setting, good parking. Room was very large and comfortable. Close to all amenities.

The hotel room was huge for two people and at this time of the year also quite cheap (I would not bet on that in winter), we were really surprised to find us in such a big hotel room with a fully functioning kitchen right in the living room area. Everything was clean and worked, the staff was very friendly and a little problem with our sink was adressed instantly. A good off season stay not too far from a lake beach and Nevada (for those who like it).

Everything! The room, the staff and the places's facilities, just amazing, and for such a low price!!!

very clean and quite (at least in September) / staff very friendly / our shower wasn't working the second day and they solved the problem in two minutes / free beach two steps away / hot tub and swimming pool perfect to chill out after a day around lake Tahoe

I love the spacious rooms and the dog friendly atmosphere. Craig and Wendy made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We didnt get the room we reserved, I reserved the one bed suite which was supposed to have a separate room for my grandma who was here to visit. Instead we got a standard room with two queens for the same price. asked for early check in but none available they said they would call when room was ready they never did. when someone turned on the water next door there was a terrible loud noise in the pipes.
