good deal for the money, very close to subway - A-C-E is right on the corner and 1-2-3 is a block away, many shops and restaurants in walking distance, the room had good functional amenities Front desk is low-tech - no computers or anything, everything is just pen and paper. My room faced 14th which has traffic day and night, and the windows are single-pane - luckily I'm not a light sleeper. |

They give you key and you can invite any friend to your room. Mouses in a hotel, smells bad, old hotel, staff is not friendly, dirty. |

There was a little kitchenette in the economy room. Though we thought it was an unnecessary luxury at first, it was one which we grew fond of. Also, it was clean, in a very good location and at a reasonable price. We stayed in an economy room and the restrooms, including the showers, were outside the room. They were shared by two other rooms. Although they were clean the whole time, it is worth to note that it is not the most comfortable staying option. |

i only liked the location of the hotel...what I didn´t like, see below Yeah there was something that I didn´t like...on our second day there were two mice in our room, we just came back from a trip to downtown...as we came into the room the mice ran under the fridge and disappeared. After that I talked to the hotel staff and complained about what happened. He said that he wanted to fix the problem (see if there was a hole in the wall or something)...okay...then we went out for a dinner...and as we came back from the dinner, there was a mouse in the room again, so we wanted to change the room...and the hotel staff gave us another room which was the least what he could do...I was really pissed about the mice, since I paid around 100 bucks for one night, it is not understandable to have mice in the rooms... |

Good location in Chelsea district. The room with private boathroom was clean and very well equipped with a kitchenett, tv, etc. There is no elevator, the room was also confortable and warm. It was noisy at night because of the traffic, but as expected in NY. |

The kitchen. If you are looking for just a bed and no comodity, this is your hotel. Also the situation is quite good. It's not an Hotel: it's a hostel. The room was just a bed with a kitchen. There was no air from the outside, dirty comunitary bathroom without ventilation, old,... We didn't like it at all. |

It was cheap. Great location on 14 th street and with a subway near the hotel. The personel were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and calm at the hotel, we were not bothered by any noise. The room was clean and had everything we needed: big comfortable double bed, an well functioning air conditioning, clean towels, refrigerator, freezer, sink, stove, pots, pans, glasses, a clock radio, cupboards, hangers and a dresser. The furniture were new (low quality, not ugly, just neutral), but the interior was old (a good thing) with wooden floor, white walls, high ceilings and with a large window out to a nice backyard with trees. The look of the hotel including our room was: rundown, but clean. It was New York in a lowbudget but very cool way! There were no mirror in our room. There were no elevator, but we lived in room nr 30 on 3rd floor, so the stairs worked fine for us. There were no televison. We had shosen to have a "shared toilet and bath" so they were in the hallway. They were old and rundown, didn't seem super clean, but it was okay. Sometimes the toilet or bathroom were occupied/busy, but then we could just use another on the same floor or on a nother floor. The bathroom had very poor/non-existent ventilation, so it got very hot and humid in there when someone had taken a bath. |

only the location. n'y allez surtout pas..don't go there... we had a shared bathroom awful, it was dirty, we couldn't put our feet in the bath... restroom was erghhhhhh...please don't go!! the receptionnist speaks english very bad, and we had to pay 10 dollars to the hotel for the luggage keeping... we have never seen something so bad... |

The flexiability and accomidations. The staff was unintrusive and polite. The owner was flexiable on payment and very willing to help or support us in any way that would make our stay more comfortable. Booking did not show up on their books right away. Due to the proximity of other rooms being very close, the loud music from the other room could be a bit disturbing but it's New York and is to be expected. |

Solo que estaba muy céntrico . En realidad NO es un hotel aunque se llame así. Nunca ves personal en los dias en que estás . solo el dia de llegada para cobrarteNo te hacen la limpieza ni la cama aunque se denomine hotel En realidad es un mini apartamento para dos personas situado en un edificio donde convives con otras personas que son residentes fijos. No hay servicio de consigna para la maleta Evidentemente si no me ha gustado es una queja |
