Great staff and very helpful. Lovely hardwood floors and kitchenette in the rooms....it makes you feel like you are actually living in a flat in NYC. Free exercise included (there is no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs, no problem because you'll need to burn calories after feasting on NYC's culinary delights).

people very nice, always ready to help. location is perfect very close to the subway and in a very "alive" neighborhood... The room was clean and a lot worth the price the stairs as there is no elevator. but the staff helps us to get our luggage to the room so it was sweet from them

Central location in Manhattan. Staff was nice and helpful. Bathroom relatively clean. Not very noisy. Price is definitely too expensive for the room in question. Room didn't even have a table and chair, no decoration and the window seemed a relic from some medieval castle. It couldn't even be locked properly.

The Hotel is in a good location for a fair price, thats it, nothing more nothing less. We talk about New ork Cit here, so this Hotel is the perfect deal if you are fine with getting the basics. This is a fair price for the value, again, considering it is NYC Of course this is not a 5***** Hotel, so do not expect a lot of service, totall clean rooms etc.

Staff was superb! We were pleasantly surprised with our choice. Room was small but very doable for a couple. Sharing a bathroom wasn't a problem at all. We loved being able to open the window & look out onto the street. Excellent location. Would definitely recommend & return for another stay!! Nothing. Everything was to our liking.

Excellent location near a subway. Modern looking rooms. We had to wait half an hour outside in cold weather because no staff was in the hotel to open the doors for check-in. There was a kitchen in the room instead of a toilet and shower. Cold wind came through the windows + not noise resistant. We had to pay extra for wifi + to leave the bags for a couple of hours after check in.

It's really a convenient place, the metro is next to the hotel. And there are an entrance right next to the hotel. The staff is friendly and considerable. I request for a place "quiet, but still kind of face the street and has a window", I am not sure if every other room is like this, but I got exactly what I wanted. But it is kind of a Latino place, both the doorguide and te room clearers are Latino. The secuity level of this hotel may be very high. You need to wipe your room card to get into the doorway. There are free newspapers. I don't know whether it is free, but I sometimes take newspapers from there. The design of room is kind of weird. My room is huge, though the way of using the space made it way smaller. The bed is big, but I could never "walk" to the window or heater, since the bed has took over all the space. The heater in the room is extremely hot and made the air too dry. In a nother way, it made it a good place if you want to wash your own clothing. The bath room is not being taking good care. Once i went to the bathroom and there are no toilet papers. And be aware of the toilet there is either turning on the "smart" lights on by your movements or is a timer. So that for many times, I finish my shower in the darkness. There is no elevator!!!- -! I have to carry all my lugges with me and that is fff heavy to cary if, like say 3 or 4 floors. It charges you wifi fees.

Great location, clean room, convenient to subway and interesting places. Staff very friendly and helpful. Found convenient onstreet parking two blocks away, but there are several for parking garages close by. Room was small as you might expect for price and NYC, but very comfortable. This was my first shared bathroom experience. It was okay, clean and well kept; but I would recommend upgrading to private, it was not that much more money.

The room was pretty good, clean and good size, with a small kitchenette, with microwave and mini fridge, great for a budget traveler, The bed was comfortable there were 2 bathrooms in our floor and they're good. The heater was horrible cause we couldn't relly manage it ,sometimes it was too hot and we needed to open the window, and then all the coldness was on our heads... The bathrooms are nice , the one closest to our room was clean, but the second bathroom was dirty, the check -out was at 12 and it was 11:30 when we got a message that they would charge u$50 for every hour !!! No matter if it were just 15 min ...
