Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel    

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good bar staff. Good restaurant staff. Good transport beetween airport &.hotel. Breakfast good choice.

Lifts were either unserviceable or under maintenance programme so had to wait a little while, but apart from that, I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

I had just 1 day in Miami, so I stayed in a hotel near airport. The best for me was the location

The gym

I ask for queit room.only this yr reception works again your hotel. They give me smoking smal room Than i ask for other and their argument : we have not smoking room in this hotel. Its stupid because someone before me used the room and smoke there. Than they change me the room from the 9th floor to 5th floor and ihave all the noise in mt head. And in my reservatio i only ask for a quiet room........... Tks

Very convenient location. Like the idea of having shuttle service from and to the airport. All of the staff I came in contact with were very courteous and helpful, especially Tania in the dining room and both bar attendants.

I was surprised that there was no water in the hotel suites and not even a few blocks of ice in the ice-bucket that was left in the suite. The suite was cleaned in a timely manner.

Easy access to the city of Miami, no airport noise, if you decided to stay in...plenty to do with a nice pool, and fitness center

parking was difficult. they have a parking garage but actually finding parking and getting out is difficult.

We requested an earlier check-in and waited for two hours as the front desk staff who were dealing with us both went on their break without telling us anything. Bell services staff were a bit grumpy.

The staff. They were all friendly and attentive. Exec. Chef Frank Liberoni was particularly accommodating.

Not thrilled about the dumpster directly under my window being tipped in the middle of the night.

We stayed here after a return trip from Europe.we also used the car parking service with the shuttle to and from the airport. We were very satisfied with everything. The included buffet breakfast was excellent!

The staff members were friendly helpful. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable.

I liked of the staff and the beds, are so great.

Excelente custo beneficio, embora o hotel fique fora do centro dos acontecimentos. Para quem estiver sem carro, há o metrorail e metromover, embora perca um pouco de tempo, mas é muito bom.

So a distancia de South Beach.
