    Nothing

Caution My room that I booked in DC was all of a sudden not available for my stay. I was "Upgraded" to a place in Arlington VA. Not what I booked. After round and round I finally got a live staff member that said he would cancel without penalty/refund my money. To date (over a month) I have not received my refund.

Location is excellent for a visit to DC. Apartment is spaciousness and comfortable. Trader Joe's, restaurants, movie theater, and Metro are a short walk.

U Hospitality is not staffed to be responsive to guests. The building's receptionist is for long-term apartment tenants, not geared for short-term hotel-like guests. When we arrived after a long flight, he didn't have our name or quite understand our situation. Took a phone call to U Hospitality's call service to track down someone who could tell receptionist which apartment we were in and get our key. Also, apartment not equipped for short-term guests -- not enough towels or kitchen items (dish soap, laundry soap, etc). Be prepared to bring or buy. Mostly clean and comfortable, but master bathroom shower had some mold. We would stay here again but would contact U Hospitality a day prior to confirm how check-in would work. Make sure you know how to contact U Hospitality upon arrival if there are any problems.

Receptionist was unhelpful & booking in was made much more difficult due to lack of information.

Nice neighborhood. Excellent value. Very large apartment. Nice kitchen. Roof deck access with a pool (not open until late May). TVs in both BR and living area.

The AC wasn't working - not a big deal in April but will be a major concern as the weather gets warmer.
