Personalet var fremragende da de tilbød os 2 andre værelser. Jeg havde bestilt 2 værelser med dobbeltseng . Dobbeltseng for mig er ensbetydende med 140 til 180 cm bred og 200 cm lang, Vores seng var 120 cm bred og 180 cm lang, da både min mand og søn er 200 cm lange er det ikke til at sove I en "for kort" seng. Hotellet tilbød os 2 nye værelser med King size senge de sidste 2 nætter uden beregning. Det var fin service synes jeg, når nu hotellet ikke skriver størrelserne på sengene I deres værelses guide.

Trafikstøj må påregnes.

Excelent location, kind and concerned staff, very clean and organized, good for young couples. Excelent bathroom. Downside is very small standard room and small standard bed. Overall balance: surely would stay again, preferably in a queen room!

No lobby,no sense of arrival, no lounge/waiting area. Entry needs to be refreshed, it felt a little stale. Slow elevator

The position of the hotel is very central, it's on 5th Ave. With 35th Street, only one block away from the subway (34th street). Very small, but nice design of a boutique hotel.

1) It is not a safe hotel, my brand new Channel shoes were removed and badly scratched by the cleaning staff. I showed them to the front desf staff as soon as I discovered them thrown and scratched, they called the manager of the hotel Gary. After 5 days of "negociating" with Gary, he still did not took responsibility for my shoes. I was very dissapointed for them scratching my shoes and as I told to Gary, his hotel is not safe for anybody if a pair of shoes are not safe in a room of his hotel. I will never choose again this hotel in ny and if you do, you will spoil your holiday too. 2) The air conditioning is installed so close to the bed that you can not use it during stay into the room, which by the way is so small that the bed covers almost all the space. After two hours of sleep, the air becomes impossible to breath due to the lack of air, you have to move to the bathroom if you turn on the air conditioning, otherwise all the cool air is thrown on your own body. What a pitty that this nice hotel is sooo bad organized!!! 3) During my stay, the elevator was broken two times and I had to use the stairs, imagine this for a high building in Manhattan............

Very good location: very close to Macy's, 5-th ave shopping. Not far from Central Park, Times Square, Subway. Friendly staff. Free wi-fi.

Very-very-very small rooms and reception area. No cupboard and safe in the room. Noisy window air conditioner.

I like the room linen and bathroom. They were fine and the style was nice, although the space was very limited

No refrigerator in the room and no room to open luggage.

Great location, clean room a bit small. Great value for money, 2 blocks away from Macy's, empire state building and walking distance from dowtown and midtown.

The only bad thing about the room was the heating system which was loud.

Rooms are clean, tiny and comfortable. Location is amazing. Staff friendly. Good place to stay for rest in ny.

The room was compact but well designed which made it very comfortable. There were a lot of little touches that were welcoming, and the staff were courteous and efficient.

The entrance lobby is a little stark and narrow, just a hallway, so that it gets crowded very easily and it can be inconvenient when trying to pass through towards the elevator.

Location. Service. Free coffee and water much appreciated.

Lack of wardrobe space - could make showers smaller and put a cupboard there perhaps. Noise of air conditioning units.

Great location for the shops. Had everything we needed, and a nice clean bathroom with a good shower.

A little noisy at night. The air conditioning unit was fairly noisy at night.
