Beliggenheden - meget centralt.Hjælpsomt og imødekommende personale. Rene værelser og god seng Personalet fulgte ikke op på vores bemærkninger om, at TV'et ikke fungerede optimalt. Selvom vi omtalte det flere gange og de lovede at bringe det i orden. |

Personalet var særdeles hjælpsomt. Hjalp os bl.a. med at finde en tandlæge. Rengøringsstandarden var upåklagelig. Der var rent, og vi fik rene håndklæder hver dag, og rent sengetøj når vi ville. Beliggenheden er samtidig super, lige skråt overfor Empire State Building. Sengen måtte godt have været større, når man er to der ikke er kærester der skal dele værelse, var det lige lovlig tæt. |

Vælg dette hotel, hvis beliggenhed betyder noget for dig. Med en placering på Fifth Avenue og med Empire State Building, bliver det ikke meget bedre. Værelserne er dog noget små og der er ingen skabplads. Til gengæld er der meget rent og pænt, og et meget venligt hotelpersonale. Bestemt et hotel jeg ville vælge igen! |

The location is brillant and the rooms are clean and nicely presented although small (but no more so than you would expect in NY). The reception is tiny, no lobby, toilets etc so you literally only get your room with no additional services. The staff could have been more helpful but it did not ruin the overall stay. |

The location was perfect. Really close to the empire state building and Time Square The hotel was great, but the rooms were small and had very lil space to unpack. There was only a small closet with 5 hangers and 2 shelves. |

The hotel was perfect location for a trip to New York. The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but I was expecting that but they weren't too small for a trip to the city where little time is spent in the room. The room was very clean and neatly designed. |

Central position 2 blocks from empire state building. The room was small but very nice and comfortable. Good size bathroom was very clean and the maids did an excelent job. Not having any cofee or tea making facilities was a pain as has to go down to the lobby to the starbucks. |

great value hotel for single or couple travelling through NYC for a few nights. deli and starbucks just downstairs for quick access to bfast and room snacks. room was very fresh and bed/bedding comfortable and all functional. quick checkout a plus as well. location is so so, but you get what you pay for. plus is that it is easy to get to downtown and midtown even though you are near nothing. plus also that you can walk to penn station as long as you dont have too much luggage. |

Although the room was small, it had everything we needed, extremely clean, updated,very comfortable bed and pillows and quiet. Very pleasant. |

Very small rooms (standard for Manhattan). Somewhat noisy - in particular the lift. We didn't find either of these things a particular problem though. |

relatively clean. Kind staff (mesured according to NewYorker standards). Good hotel if you don't expect much, plan a short stay (max 3 nights) and don't mind all those shortcomings mentioned below. There are hotels in Manhattan where you get more for the money, but also plenty of them where you get less. Keeping this in mind I can recommend it. Only one small lift (for 9 store building). Incredibly small rooms. This was mentioned on booking.com page, but that they're indeed that small was a bad surprise. One really has to live out of suitcase, and will have difficulties to find place for a big one in "full contemporary rooms". Maybe "queen" or "king" is slightly bigger. Don't think about starting a day with a nice cup of cofe at starbucks (crawded, sticky tables) Go to the bigger/nicer starbucks 1 block further or 2 blocks to get an american breakfast. |

This hotel is really good, small, but very confortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good for fhose who likes shopping at H&M, Macy's, Victoria Secrets, etc. It's also near to Empire State Building. |

The staff at this hotel was amazing. Extremely helpful, accommodating, and was more than willing to go out of their way to answer any questions I had. There is also access to the roof 24 hours a day which is a great place spend time with a significant other. The price of this hotel was a biit much on the weekend, but their weekday prices are reasonable. |

Location, Location, Location!! The hotel is situated at 5th & 35th, so everything is in walking distance, either going north or south, east or west in Manhattan. |

The Hotel's location is perfect for exploring New York City from top to bottom all on foot if necessary. Situated so close to the Empire State building that on the top floor rooms (905) you have a wonderful night view. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean. Close to excellant eateries and bars its everything you need for a a city break. I would have liked Tea and Coffee making facilities (very rare these days I know) in the room but with Starbucks directly underneath I can't really complain! |
