Location was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful.
The shower curtain does not hold in the water and the bathroom floor gets wet when you shower.
poor Wi-Fi at the rooms, old and a bit noisy a/c
We are a young couple who stayed at Hotel 373 for 3 nights. The hotel is literally across the street from the front entrance of the Empire State Building. Staff is very helpful and rooms were a bit small, but very clean and comfortable.
Nothing good. Couldnt get accomidated With paying cash had to sleep in my car after a long trip.
Manager attitude racial profile. Cause im hispanic and had alot of cash.
Slow elevators No ref
The location was really good. Empire state building, Time square. Staff is really friendly.
The price is really high. Noise from street at night
Unbeatable location - although to be frank once in Manhattan it really doesn't matter. Despite being a small and old hotel, the interior is modern with automated climate control and excellent bathroom facilities. Extremely comfortable bed. Excellent staff.
The room, though a queen, was small with just enough space for your luggage and two people at max. The room was clean, but not spotless. The walls were thin. Also parking-unfriendly i.e. no parking. But this is Manhattan.
Really friendly staff - willing to help immeditaly with everything, right in one of the best areas in NY (a lot of things to do and see around), comfortable bed, nice bathroom with everything we needed, Starbucks right next to it
Breakfast wasn't included in our booking.
John and Carissa were very friendly and helpful
No chairs in the foyer
A/C noise at night
- Paris-small rooms - noisy A/C, the A/C had to be switched off at night, because it made too much noise, which made the room uncomfortably hot as it was in the middle of the summer
The location was very good. It was closed to my work, the Empire State building, and many restaurants. I really liked people working there. There were very friendly and helpful.
The room was noisy and very tiny. I think that the window was too thin for the location adjacent to the main traffic in NYC and their window HVAC unit was too loud. I had trouble sleeping.
Location--super. Because of the teeny, teeny hotel, you could navigate the pulse of the building.
I try to see the 'good'---BUT: Totally aloof front desk people. The room had an overwhelming urine scent. The hotel promo pic? Wasn't even the same building- upon arrival--it looked like the hotel was missing someplace, it was that cloaked- that was really strange.
I left some personal item in the room. Hotel staff was warm friendly throughout stay, but saving that for me showed they meant it. I arrived before they could contact me but they were about to email me.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean, compact, nice bed and great location.
It is a small room, can't handle more than two suitcases at a time.
Helpful and pleasant staff. Good attention to cleanliness. Good location.
Small. Rooms. No typical hotel extras. Given these factors, overpriced. 2 days to get the only elevator repaired.
hotel is in the centre of the city
everything is micro. not customer-friendly
perfect position and cleanliness
room very good but too small for long staying
Great location, clean, good value for money, friendly staff.
Very poor wi-fi connection. No place to hang towels in bathroom.
No space for huge money
Staff is nice, location is great, there's a Starbucks downstairs if you like that.
Rooms are incredibly tiny. Price was actually high for such small space -- learned later price always goes up when the United Nations General Assembly is in session, which it was. Would have seemed at better value if it didn't cost $400 a night with all the taxes and fees!
- Friendly front-desk staff that came up to help with accessing the TV - Held luggage all day after check-out
- Broken elevator; had to walk up narrow staircase with a lot of luggage - Congested and small lobby
Excellent location, just one block from the Empire State bldg.Clean room (no bedbugs) and free wifi.
The room is really tiny. Not a deal breaker if you plan to stay out all day, but can be hard to manage the space for the bags (and purchases) if you´re sharing a room.
