Extremt bra läge. Vänlig hjälpsam personal. Mycket välutrustade rum, i synnerhet badrummet. Komfortabel säng. Skönt med värdeskåp. Och extra bonus med direktingång till Starbucks. Hissen lite väl lånsam, men det var ingen stor sak. |

Perfekt rum för en ensamresenär. Små, men otroligt fräscha och snyggt inredda. Bra läge, trevlig personal. Fungerande luftkonditionering. Rummen är små, men om man, som jag, bodde ensam, kändes rummet fantastiskt lyxigt och fräscht, men jag kan tänka mig att det kan kännas litet om man är två personer. |

Personalen var jätte trevliga och hjläpsamma, sängarna var hur sköna som helst, och rummet var fräsh. Själva rummet kanske var en anning för liten, och hissen väldigt seg. |

Perfekt läge mitt på Manhattan, trådlöst internet, modernt och snyggt, precis brevid bra frukostcafé och Starbucks. Rummet var litet, så det hade varit bra med fler hängare, hyllor eller krokar, för att förvara kläder. |

Mycket centralt. Trevlig personal. Rent och fint. Mysigt. Prisvärt. Det är lite trångt i lobby och på rummet. Hissen är galet långsam. Men som helhet är jag mycket nöjd. |

perfekt läge, och allt var mycket rent och nytt och fräscht, vänliga människor i receptionen väldigt litet rum; bordsvattnet på flaska (som kan behövas med tanke på det klor-smakande vattnet i NY) togs betalt för--lite småaktigt med tanke på rumspriset |

The location is brillant and the rooms are clean and nicely presented although small (but no more so than you would expect in NY). The reception is tiny, no lobby, toilets etc so you literally only get your room with no additional services. The staff could have been more helpful but it did not ruin the overall stay. |

The location was perfect. Really close to the empire state building and Time Square The hotel was great, but the rooms were small and had very lil space to unpack. There was only a small closet with 5 hangers and 2 shelves. |

The hotel was perfect location for a trip to New York. The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but I was expecting that but they weren't too small for a trip to the city where little time is spent in the room. The room was very clean and neatly designed. |

Central position 2 blocks from empire state building. The room was small but very nice and comfortable. Good size bathroom was very clean and the maids did an excelent job. Not having any cofee or tea making facilities was a pain as has to go down to the lobby to the starbucks. |

great value hotel for single or couple travelling through NYC for a few nights. deli and starbucks just downstairs for quick access to bfast and room snacks. room was very fresh and bed/bedding comfortable and all functional. quick checkout a plus as well. location is so so, but you get what you pay for. plus is that it is easy to get to downtown and midtown even though you are near nothing. plus also that you can walk to penn station as long as you dont have too much luggage. |

Although the room was small, it had everything we needed, extremely clean, updated,very comfortable bed and pillows and quiet. Very pleasant. |

Very small rooms (standard for Manhattan). Somewhat noisy - in particular the lift. We didn't find either of these things a particular problem though. |

relatively clean. Kind staff (mesured according to NewYorker standards). Good hotel if you don't expect much, plan a short stay (max 3 nights) and don't mind all those shortcomings mentioned below. There are hotels in Manhattan where you get more for the money, but also plenty of them where you get less. Keeping this in mind I can recommend it. Only one small lift (for 9 store building). Incredibly small rooms. This was mentioned on booking.com page, but that they're indeed that small was a bad surprise. One really has to live out of suitcase, and will have difficulties to find place for a big one in "full contemporary rooms". Maybe "queen" or "king" is slightly bigger. Don't think about starting a day with a nice cup of cofe at starbucks (crawded, sticky tables) Go to the bigger/nicer starbucks 1 block further or 2 blocks to get an american breakfast. |
