Not as expensive as other local hotels
Cramped, uncomfortable, dimly lit room and there's no gym. Locks don't work properly.
The location is perfect.
The front desk staff is not helpful, there was no doorman when we checked in, no help with suitcases. Occasionally there would be a doorman, but if you went to get coffees you had to put them down to open the door.
Location close to Central Park Helpful staff Very attractive and comfortable facilties Roof top venue great for evening wine
No coffee in the room - had to go next door to buy coffee First room (#39) had squealing equipment all night..changed rooms. Room doors are loud when people return in the middle of the night. Elevator buttons are difficult to see due to low light
The bar and food are fantastic at this perfectly located NYC hotel
Wifi is expensive
Only suggestion would be to make wifi free in the hotel rooms.
Room, great shower, reception & excellent service at all hours. Free wifi in lobby. Location near subway.
No free wifi in bedrooms given the high price of rooms
Location, style, staff, rooftop bar...
Location , the decor and breakfast!!!!
Near subway Near Central Park Good air con Neat typography Decent ambient music Cold beer
Hard seats in bar Lack of menu variety in restaurant
Good location, close to Central Park and only 15 minutes walk from Times Sq as well.
Our double room was too small even for 1 person, room was dark due to a little window on courtyard (or rather well) side that we felt like in a basement
Room so small..bed was a problem, crib was not good for my son, service was poor , not convenience of ability for requirements of need. View of room was awful......and etc.
A really good location 2 mins walk from Central Park and a tube station. 5-7 min walk to Times Square area ' Nice roof top bar and spotlessly clean . Helpful cheery staff
Sadly the check out ruined our final day in NY as I paid for the room they had a) failed to tell me on checking in that if you use a debit card as a pre authorisation it actually debits b) on check out the assistant did not check that we had paid and of course we had no idea that we had already been debited, used a different card. Only after my husband tried later to get cash from an ATM discovered no money! Took long calls to the bank and we still have not got our money back
Nicely renovated hotel with a funky vibe. Very cool walk-in shower. Great location next to Central Park and multiple subway lines. Overall good value for the price.
Our room was very small and once suitcases were added, you needed to be careful where you walked! We had only a small window overlooking the ventilation shaft.
We decided on this hotel because of the location. It's next door to Central Park, walking distance to many popular NY spots including MOMA, Empire State Building etc.
Nothing really, although the lifts/ elevators take forever!
Could have had an iron and ironing board in the room
Location at Columbus Circle and staff politeness
Very small room
Room was very dark. Bathroom was extremely small and dark.
We booked a Standard room and there was no window! For 75$ extra per night we could get a king size room with window
Concierge and Bell Captains
Queen room was very small Roof top bar mediocre
Excellent location, very friendly staff, clean and reasonably priced - you won't find any cheaper of this quality in New York.
Room was a bit small, and there was no view.
location, location, location! amenity
view size of room
Location Most of hotel staff - concierge, desk staff and door staff were amazing!! Room - got an upgrade and it was beautiful
Having money taken from our safe on 2 separate occasions over our 5 day stay Hotel not taking us seriously or providing us proof of any investigation Disappointing support from the Sixty Hotel group
Nice Location, very nice staff on the hotel entrance & very helpful
Room too small & dark, we had to upgrade to one bedroom and to pay high charges, overall we paid $2000 over 4 nights.
Amazing location, right on Columbus Circle, close to everything! Room was v clean, cute design.
Rooms are absolutely tiny! Noisy too, had to switch rooms, because of humming noise from ventilation system outside my window, second room wasnt much better. Small windows in both room, no natural light, both rooms were facing a firewall. No bathrobe, slippers etc.
