First Night was put on the floor right above the bar!!! Awful!!! Was like sleeping in a Night club but without the bar service. The rooms ón that floor should not be available to guest as you get no sleep till the bar closed. The hotel was full so after getting out of bed and Down to the reception, the staff gave us another Room the following day.

Very accomodating staff and great location for shop sand restaurants.

The location is good for shopping, restaurants and clubs in Soho. It is also close to Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Nolita and Little Italy. Also good if you're a runner as can easily access the Hudson River.

With the prices per night I find it ridiculous, in this day and age, that they charge a 15 dollar a day wi-fi charge. The rooms are ridiculously small (even the Superior King in which I stayed) and the bathrooms are ridiculously dark (impossible if you want to apply make up).

A. The room was not ready at 4pm, they asked us to wait B. There werw 2 elevators, one did NOT work during the week end C. Reception staff, not friendly nor helpful at all D. No free wi fi anywhere (not even at the lobby), no facilities to print boarding pass, gym does NOT exist E. Rooms, very worn out (stayed at a King Superior), need some refresh

The location was great and the lobby lounge/bar was cozy and a nice treat for a late night drink.

The rooms need upgrading. The dustskirt was filthy and I felt the queen mattress was sinking in the center. When I stay a boutique hotels - small rooms are OK but they should feel cleaner and more special than my bedroom at home - this was not the case.

Disappointed with the lack of size of a deluxe, King bedded room.

It was located close to everything I needed.

Location is fantastic, very near to the Canal tube and lots of bars, restrauants and shops nearby in Soho Cool activities in the evenings (e.g. one night there was a Cuban Salsa night frequented by the local Salsa school - great to watch!)

Rooms are not that large. Staff were efficient but not particuarly helpful or friendly (the exception being the chamber maids who were lovely).

Beautiful hotel.

The quality of the service at the restaurant is really poor, and I do understand a u$ 500 / night hotel having a noise band playing at entrance trying to attract customers to the bar and disturbing the hotel guests!?!?! Not a very wise business decision.

New York is always alot of fun, 60 Thompson facility was very trendy and relaxed and staff were always friendly and helpfull.

The location of 60 Thompson is fantastic, central in Soho and it is easy to walk everywhere in the area. Every member of the staff was so helpful. I would certainly recommend the hotel to friends and would stay again myself

Location is great. Hotel is clean and uncluttered. Nice age mix of clientele. Hotel blends right into the neighborhood

Our room was uncontrollably hot. Even turning thermostat to 'off' didn't help. Building engineer's response was to crack our windows. It helped, but this is winter. Incredible that there isn't more ability to control the temp in individual rooms. No free wi-fi. This is a full service luxury hotel. At these prices, there's really no reason not to include wi-fi. The response will be everyone else charges for it too. My response would be: then separate yourself from the competition.
