7 Springs Inn & Suites  

Very comfortable, relaxing environment. Hotel was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was helpful and courteous. They seemed to enjoy their jobs and wanted guests to enjoy their stay. We definately enjoyed ours, will return and recommend 7 Springs to friends. The pools and jacuzzis were clean and were open earlier and longer than most hotels. The hotel offers a variety of rooms and accomodations.

Rooms have refigerators, microwaves, coffee, some have complete kitchens, and restraunts are close; a complimentary breakfast would have made the experience even better for us.

My wife were unexpectedly surprised with the accommodations of our room. After looking at the pictures on your website. We did not see any pictures of a suite. Upon entering our room and seeing that it was suite. We exceptionally impressed for the price we paid. A lot of room for a very low price. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you 7 Springs. You have a customer for life.

It was a great place to stay. The bed was great, the kitchen had everything. The only problem was the room had windows facing the street and one wall next to the offiice, we could here traffic noise,which sounded like the vehicles were driving into the room. At around seven in the morning we could hear the hotel staff talking. I would recommend that double pain wimdows be installed on street facing windows. I would stay here again but would ask for inside rooms.

Staff was excellent, the room was big and the bed was fabulously comfortable. We were just passing through and needed a place to stay before a very early flight but we will definitely stay again!

The only thing I wish was that the lobby was open 24/7 for earlier checkout times. We had to leave the key in the room because no one was in the office at 6 am.

Our AC didnt work and at first the front desk staff didn't want to move us, but once we threatened to change our stay to a different hotel, they finally gave us a complimentary upgrade to one of their rooms with a full kitchen.

Unreliable Internet. Pool area closed for renovation.

The remodel makes the look of the Hotel much better than when we stayed there about 7 years ago.

We didn't have hot water, but I'm sure it was a temporary thing. The sliding door to the bathroom was noisy in the night. There wasn't a good surface for making coffee in the room coffee pot.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a luxurious surprise for the low price! Everything very clean with a great interior courtyard, pools and beautiful view of the mountain. Also, a short walk into town!

Nice and modern hotel in Palm Springs.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It has a great jacuzzi and pool and you can't beat the location and the price.

Our toilet did not flush and so we had to use the toilet outside by the jacuzzi. They offered to switch our room but they had no other rooms available with two queen size beds. They ended up giving us a discount for one of the nights. We also had problems with our door lock. We had to have our keys re-programed every time we used them which became very annoying. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and the room was very nice. We would probably stay there again.

Walking distance to down town. A nice small facility, and quiet.

Near the Palm Canyon Strip, quiet, pretty, affordable.

Not all of the facilities were working. In-room internet didn't work, with several guests having to set up in or just outside the office/lobby area to use it. The room safe was out of order, and the showerhead in my room had a significant leak. The blind on the glass entry door had a gap at door handle height that allowed those outside to see part of the bed in room 225.
