7 Springs Inn & Suites  

Room is clean and very comfortable. Location is great. Views from our room were beautiful. Everyone in Palm Springs are so polite and appreciate your business. Location of this hotel is a short distance from just about everything you want to see and do there. You must ride the Tram! We had such a nice time. I could go on and on. definetly go to 7 Springs, you wount be dissapointed at all.

The only thing I would have changed is the size of the coffee pot, and maybe a shade for the bathroom window as the sun is almost blinding in the morning. Other than that, all was most excellent. Nice big fluffy beds, calm and quiet and clean...

Nice hotel with Nice pools - er really enjoyed our large room with full kitchen. We will stat at this hotel again next time we are visit Pal Springs. We have only good things to say about the 7 Springs.

Close to downtown. Staff very friendly and helpful, andwe get upgraded to a townhouse at no additional cost, since we booked two rooms for our family of 5! And the price is very reasonable.

not enough parking space. We had to park our car across the street when we came back late in the evening.

Felt like you were in a little apartment, instead of a hotel room

Parking horrible and hard to find, not well marked.

It was a great place to stay. The bed was great, the kitchen had everything. The only problem was the room had windows facing the street and one wall next to the offiice, we could here traffic noise,which sounded like the vehicles were driving into the room. At around seven in the morning we could hear the hotel staff talking. I would recommend that double pain wimdows be installed on street facing windows. I would stay here again but would ask for inside rooms.

Staff was excellent, the room was big and the bed was fabulously comfortable. We were just passing through and needed a place to stay before a very early flight but we will definitely stay again!

The only thing I wish was that the lobby was open 24/7 for earlier checkout times. We had to leave the key in the room because no one was in the office at 6 am.

Our AC didnt work and at first the front desk staff didn't want to move us, but once we threatened to change our stay to a different hotel, they finally gave us a complimentary upgrade to one of their rooms with a full kitchen.

Convenient location to the main area of Palm Springs.

Very noisy from the road outside, the side entry door banging every time people entered, and not particularly comfortable bed. Got a good price but definitely wouldn't pay the normal full price for this hotel.

The value

The room was a good comfortable size. The bed was very comfortable.

The room had a funny smell, that you noticed when you first came in. Possibly the carpet, had just been cleaned.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect, big, comfy, all the amenities and still private. Actually, the layout of the whole hotel was wonderful! All the rooms opened up to the courtyard and we were closed off from traffic and noise. And the price was just right for a young couple on a budget. The pool and hottub were absolutely lovely, well-maintained and in a private courtyard. I only wish we would have read about this hotel sooner so that we could have stayed longer!

The only thing I disappointed in was that our room didn't have a bathtub, only a shower.

Location was good, room was spacious and clean, with a nice outlook over the spa pool.

I have stayed here many times and have enjoyed my stays. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A nice relaxing time!!!!
