Hotel 71  

Very Nice-good veiw and centrally located in the downtown area. Room had large window with great veiw.

Our family loves Hotel 71. It is a beautiful facility with amazing river views in Downtown Chicago. It is very convenient to great food, shopping and things to do. We look forward to our next visit.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable accomodations. Our room was super quiet with a great view of the city.

Hotel was in a great location. We stayed two nights and enjoyed it.

For some reason we had some irritation, slight itchy necks during our stay

We really liked the location to shopping downtown. The staff was fabulous. We ate at Hoyt's ~ which was very nice & food great. Also received a coupon for next trip to visit them.

Only negative was when I called to see about an early check in because of weather ~ was told they couldn't because we had booked with a third party....but to check upon our arrival. Which we did and fortunately our room was available.

Very impressed and excellent value given the quality of the hotel. Great views of the river & short stroll to the Magnificent Mile. Loved it

The location was great and the view was amazing (we were on the 30th floor).

I was awake all night because of a lot of noise out in the hall and my daughter got covered by spider bites :(

Shower handle was broken in room 1511, and the bar soap was really skinny! Thank goodness your good staff was ready to give me more when needed.

The staff was great. Hotel bar had great food.

Booking.com dropped the ball on my reservations yet Hotel 71 made up for any inconvenience with round of drinks for the four of us at Hoyts. They also updated our rooms at no additional cost
