Beds were very comfortable and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Located right on the Chicago River near Michigan Avenue and State Street shopping areas.
We were told to visit the concierge for a special gift. When we visited her, we were hit up with Time Share Opportunities. I do not like hidden agenda. Also, though the room seemed quite clean, underneath dressers, etc. were a thick, grey layers of dust. Looks like it's been months since anyone actually moved anything to clean.
Close to the river and Michigan Avenue. The view from our room was spectacular! Room was huge and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.
I had no issues at all.
Great location Great river view Helpful, professional staff
Stayed for 2 nights....clean and comfortable. Excellent location central to many attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. View was fantastic looking out at the river. Breakfast at Hoyt's was pricey but excellent quality. Valet parking was quick and convenient.
Beds were really comfy!
Got stuck in an elevator, vending machines were empty and had to ask for towels twice because no one brought them the first time.
Nice room, coffee maker, location
No bath tub, concierge staff pushing time share.
Friendly, prompt staff; great location downtown; fast elevators; very spacious rooms
Firm bed; small bathroom counter space
The location was especially important to us as we were able to walk to many sights. The room size was excellent. This was one of the best rooms that we have stayed in. The safe in the room was an added bonus.
Staff was wonderful Location couldn't be better
Business center needs a dedicated room, not just a space off of the lobby. Difficlut to work with all of the noise from the lobby.
Location and friendlyness of Staffel. Changing Room was no Problem.
First Room. Old and stinky.
The location was great, close to everything. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
There was construction on the building next to us that they were working on all night long. There was a strong sewer smell coming from our bathroom and in the hallway the majority of our stay.
The room was huge and the view was breathtaking. Everyone's friendly and ready to help. Great hotel, I wish I stayed longer.
It is a very good hotel in an excellent location. We would suggest you upgrade to a riverside view which we did for a modest fee
I thought the lobby & bar area were not fit for purpose relative to the rest of the hotel. A good Architect should be employed to redesign these areas
Convenient location for sightseeing and shopping, fantistic riverview, hugh room, good service.
Would be nice to have more hooks or racks in the bathroom for towels and clothes.
Room was very spacious, clean and the staff for most part were very helpful and courteous. The location was excellent though. Many things within walking distance or just a short cab ride.
No swimming pool and no complimentary breakfast were the downfalls.
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, not terribly expensive for the location. The gym area was nice.
We could hear everything our neighbors were doing, and everything that was going on down the hall. The wifi never worked and half of the time we tried to watch TV the signal went out. The room was very small and had very little drawer space to store clothing, or anything. The shower door wasn't sealed very well so water got everywhere when we showered. Also, when we first got their the concierge tried to push us into going to some presentation on the hotel's suites. It felt like a timeshare presentation.
Location, Room and Service
Full and Slow Elevators Trump Tower across River with TRUMP
we were there for 4 days cleaning service never cleared tray with bottle & glasses
The only dissapointing element was the breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Both the service and food were extremely poor.
Room and location were great. Comfortable and within wAlking distance of many attractions. Price was fair
The view, convenience, location were all phenomenal.
Loved it!! We will definitely be back.
I liked how close I was to the downtown area, the lakefront and other places of interest. Easy walk to every place I wanted to go and a nice view.
I was only able to stay a few days.
Location is great. you are in the middle of everything.
elevators were very slow and we were waiting in que everytime i need to go up. last day i waited around half an hour to reach down. Breakfast was not included. staff were nice but not friendly.
Location was perfect! Building is beautiful and rooms were very nice. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Wi-fi wasn't great, couldn't seem to keep a signal. Suite was HUGE and beautiful, which was great, but I think they should've made the bedroom part river view and the loving room part city view instead. And even though they delivered a microwave upon request, I think they should come standard in all suites
