Great price, very clean room, friendly staff, but a bit off the main drag. Definitely not a luxury palace but for safety, cleanliness, and value it is all of that and well worth the money.
newer and very comfortable bed good size room big bathroom and good shower
the train noise is fairly obnoxious. I am a deep sleeper but still had a tough time staying asleep. By the end of my 5 night stay, I was used to it and sleep soundly my last 2 nights. Tip, keep the bathroom fan on or bring your travel noise machine
Location, fair rate, staff
Noise from train
The location was great. It was very clean. Such a great deal.
It was next to the bridge so noise from the trains but we did not mind for the price
Very noisy hotel, with regular trains storming right past your window. Stained rug. The bed was spotless, though.
The hotel itself was nice.
The location of itself was not what I desire.
VERY CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY SNACK MACHINE.
too close to the train track.
the room was clean. It looked well amended.
1.Overpriced. 2.Bad service 3.Very bad location. 4.Our room faced the train rail and the main bridge roads. only 3 m distance, so therefore we could't sleep 5. No security box 6. WiFi connection only in the corridor 7.Smelly
Place is clean and great for a good sleep, even being close to the bridge. Great different local food near. Subway (F train) is also pretty close.
The street smell is terrible, also the fact that the rooms doesn't have a microwave nor a fridge is a disappoint. Some of the cleaning staff don't speak english.. it was bit of a struggle.
It's right under the manhattan bridge and the hotel shakes and rattles everythime a train passes by. Avoid staying here
Friendly staff Located in Chinatown - special location Relatively cheap for NY standards
Noise from train Chinatown - also quite smelly streets
the location is close to subway and the room is very confortable
Chianatown is very noisy and smelly
Very clean and modern hotel at good location by Manhattan bridge with decent prices.
Location is in Chinatown - one of smelliest streets and windows are oriented right into subway rail on bridge - immense noise (U.S. have no noise regulations? Railway not dampened!). Second problem was TERRIBLE internet connection, this is problem nowadays.
Staff was helpful and courteous and fun. I especially was helped on occasion by Kevin, a terrific employee. I liked being in Chinatown.
Sound of the elevated subway took getting used to, hit and miss wi-fi. Good laundry but no folding table to fold the dried clothing.
Plenty of room. Great beds. Clean.
No fridge. No safe. No microwave.
clean, comfertable beds, nice location
noise of subway when windows open
View from Windows dirctly.to manhattan Bridge, 10 m away. Employee did not respektive to request for 2 Single bed. Poor equipment in room
Hard to find, unreliable wifi
The room was quite good.
The entrance of the hotel is really impersonal.
price was good ice machine
Wi-Fi was a joke (full signal, no internet connection) the neighbourhood smells kinda funky
Problems with bathroom, homeless people in the hotel
The hotel is close to the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall St. area, and a number of good restaurants. The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds, and attentive staff.
Had some issues connecting to the WiFi on the 7th floor.
Location was great. Close to attractions in lower Manhattan. Close to train.
Small rooms. In China town. Strange setup, lobby on the second floor. Slow elevator, no entry to stairway. Directly below the train bridge. I would say it's more like a two star hotel.
