America's Best Inn Anaheim  

The location to Disneyland was stellar! Access to discounted tickets was a nice perk. I felt very safe and I appreciated the quietness.

It would have been nice to have more of an itemized bill. I was quoted one price online and it was $50 more when we arrived. I was just curious as to why. (We were moving too fast or I would have paused to ask!)

Only 1 window facing the hall way, not much privacy , so we kept the window down the whole day,then the room gets dusty coz of that.

Close to the theme park!

Room was not clean. Towels that were in room had makeup on them and bed sheets has hair on them. The shower curtain holder had holes in the wall from where the previous one was put in place. Paint was peeling from the wall.

Very handy to Disneyland and Knotts Beery Farm but on a side road so a bit quieter than on the main road. Accomodation is very good value for money and the rooms were kept clean and tidy.

The tv was outdated and not working properly. The bed was uncomfortable.

Clean room. Close to Disney resort, with shuttle to and from resort. 7-11, and Starbucks near by.

Staff was rude, place looked like an apartment complex in the bad part of town, wish I would have paid more and got a nice place

i was not able to sleep due to a second floor cuple firing for more than an hour and nobody from the hotel available to help had to call 911 for help i was not able to rest

We arrived and immediately felt very unsafe. It was a motel style place and the neighbourhood seemed dodgy, so we left and changed hotels to the sheraton where we felt much safer.

Cheap, but you get what you pay for!

This hotel was gross! The only thing that made it ok to sleep there was I brought my own sheets and pillow cases. The beds were supremely hard. Another guess review said they found a hair in their bed.....well I was lucky and found a long black hair on a pillow.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, spacious rooms

The service at this location was horrible. Not friendly or accommodating. Also we believe that a bottle of cologne and a 100 dollar bill was stollen from our room. Maid service took all our old towels, but didn't leave clean ones, and didn't make our bed. When I called for two towels I waited for 20 minutes before I called again to find out they had forgotten about my request and took them another 10 minutes to bring me up some towels. Keep in mind this is a small hotel only two levels and one side. Horrible and unfriendly service and I will not be staying here again.

It was a great price for the amount of time we were gonna be in the room. Room was clean besides bedding i like that the room was equip with fridge and microwave

The beds were not cofortable and there was hair from previous stayers still on pillow cases and sheets tv was out of date i was not able to hook up my apple tv to the tv because it did not have hdmi hook ups

Location

This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not the location, just the people. There were kids running everywhere as early as 7 A.M. and constant slamming of doors. Just noisy overall.

Comfortable and close to Disney Resort (not walking distance), our objetive.

America's best inn was not bad for a small place. Very well cleaned and maintained when we arrived. Overall it was a good place.

The pool area was quite small and the exterior part of the inn could be a little more attractive, it looks kind of runned down.

The room was large and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The customer service was excellent.

TVs probably need upgrading and remotes did not operate correctly. We did not notify the front desk however, as we were busy from the time we arrived until the time we left. We were on vacation and off to Disneyland, etc.

Very clean hotel at an incredible price...I Will stay here again anytime I'm in Anaheim area.

Air conditioner was not that great and maybe just add cereal to breakfast

The rooms are ok, the location is good for à visit to Disneyland (walkable).

The male receptionist is rude and very unwelcoming. Defects in the rooms (like lights that don't work) won't be fixed during your stay.... Stay away, would be my advice.

Close to amusement park.

False advertisement on having HBO they did not have it. And also entering our room with the do not disturb sign on door. We had all our valuables in our our room. Thats not very trusting.

From the minute I arrived (9.30am, check in time after 2pm) the staff did their best to accomodate a weary traveller. I was allowed to book in at 10am. Room very clean, super comfy bed. The proximity to disneyland was great. Buses at the door for resort., or any trip to the various theme parks in the area.Office pleased to assist with bookings or info. Only thing stopping perfect score was proximity to fireworks which would go for 30 mins every night between 9.30 and 10pm, but after first night just enjoyed the free show, so did most others. Great family atmosphere. Would love to go back for another week.

We loved the location, the price, and just overall our stay at America's Best Inn Anaheim!

The main reason why we chose this place was because it fitted into our family weekend trip to Disneyland. We arrived at the hotel, we were very surprise on how clean our room. We also love the fact that it was close to a grocery store to buy milk and stuff for our one year old son. There were also fast food chain near by so we didn't have to fight for service at the other one near Disneyland. Over all, we had a wonderful trip and stay there.
