Loved the cleanliness (great no-carpet floors), the pool, and the wonderful service made us feel very safe and at home. Also, good sized room. And I liked that they had shampoo/body was in dispensers rather than wasting a ton of plastic on little bottles.
More pillows would be nice. Maybe fluffier towels. Keep being awesome!
Liked the wood floors..spacious room..modern look and appeal..liked the mini fridge and microwave and loved the price.
Did not like the wooden blinds only because too much light came into the room in the morning...curtains over the blinds would be nice...but the LOOK of the blinds was very sleek..modern and nice..
Clean, large room. Very close to Disneyland
Too close to a busy road, very noisy.
This was a perfect location for me, as a runner in the Disneyland half marathon, within walking distance to the start line! The room was large and clean, the staff was very responsive when the fridge in the room wasn't cold, and the microwave stopped working. Both issues were resolved within minutes. Having the fridge and microwave was a huge plus, but there are also several restaurants close by. The sign says they have shuttles to Disneyland, although I never used them, so I can't say how often they run, etc. Overall, a very nice motel at an exceptionally reasonable rate.
the friendly welcome
the noisy neighbours - I think the walls are quite thin.
The Knights Inn was very comfortable, the staff was always very helpful and it`s walking distance from Disney, best value for your money, definitely.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
When we checked underneath the bedding, there was a bunch of hair on the mattress. It really grossed us out. We were so tired we stayed anyway, however we felt they should do a better job cleaning their beds.
Friendly courteous service. Location to Disneyland was good. Only a 15 minute walk
Only one sachet of coffee was in the room, however, I'm sure if I asked for more they would have been happy to give more
No carpet. Extra clean wood floor.
Coffee in the rooms
Nothing!! Didn't like a single thing!!
The room seemed ok when we walked in but once we got settled in it was a different story. The bathroom was so gross!! There was nasty black mold everywhere. You could even see a black ring in the toilet as you walked into the bathroom. The ceiling above the tub/shower was also moldly (not black though) and cracked. It looked like a piece of the ceiling would fall on your head any minute. The metal bars on the bathroom window didn't help settle my nerves. The general walls in the room were also busted up. They were cracking and splitting. There was a mini fridge in the room which sounded like a small plane taking off. If we didn't need it to keep drinks cool, we would have unplugged it. And noise, OMG!!! We could hear every little thing. We could hear everything going on outside. We could hear the people upstairs which sounded like elephants wearing high heals. Worst experience of my life!!!!!
owners distance friendly well priced
The property was clean and the rooms were beautiful with wood floors and nice furniture. Very cozy and comfortable feel. Close to the Disney Parks and lots of places to eat and convenience stores close by.
I should have paid attention to the review that said the beds were terrible. I am not that picky but I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. These beds feel like you are sleeping on concrete!!!! My son and I both woke up with back and neck pain from these beds. this property is beautiful but I would never stay here again just because of these horrible beds !!!!!
This facility was close to the park and very reasonable
I liked that the hotel room was clean and that they had wood floors that was a plus since I have an infant that loves to be on the floor . Overall our stay was very good . I would defently come back !!!!
Very friendly staff. Great location. It seemed to be recently updated. Basic but comfortable rooms. Very affordable. Would definitely stay here again!
Convenient and price was right
Easy access to the convention center and Disneyland amusement area.. I like that it was quiet and close to all yet away from the traffic and craziness around the resort... I was able to relax and get some work done in the after hours in my room. Really like the availability of the refrigerator and microwave. ..
The parking lot to small...limited.. My fellow business associates staying at another hotel wanted to get together and do a little work in my room because it was quieter but we couldnt..not enough spaces for a 2nd car... no where to park in the street area... I love Disneyland but ended up falling asleep then jumped out of my bed in fear when the fiteworks show started...it sounded like the fireworks were being launched from the roof of the building...my room shook and trembled with the loud booms...
This hotel was a great choice for us as we wanted to be close to Disneyland and Knotts berry farm. Staff were friendly, the area felt safe. Would recommend.
Least expensive motel close to Disneyland.
Looks old. Mold in bathrooms. Water spots on ceiling drywall. Paint mismatch. Drywall patches all over. Uncomfortable beds and pillows.
I liked that the rooms are super clean
Got disconnected a lot from the internet
Everything was pretty new, staff was great. Bathroom was really nice.
Very very very thin walls, not enough windows, no spa andsoda machine ate my money, hair on towels.
The staff were SUPER friendly and very easy going. The room was extremely clean and tidy. Looks like they've done some updating. There was tons of space in the room and we loved having a fridge.
THE BEDS ARE HORRIBLE! I was so disappointed because we were happy about everything else about this property and we are Disney Passholders. It was SO firm I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I actually had my boyfriend check to make sure it wasn't a box spring we were sleeping on. If they replaced the mattresses we'd come back... but otherwise... =(
Friendly staff. Signs of good upkeep (new paved parking, new counters, ongoing painting etc). Kind of an L shaped property and seemed small at first glance but everything was neat and orderly so didn't feel claustrophobic. Clean pool. Super comfortable bed with clean linens and plush pillows. Our favorite was the bedding. Definitely exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. I would give our bedding comfort a 5 star! Good call on investing on quality bedding.
House keeping was very friendly and did a good job but not exceptional job at details. But keep in mind our experience at Luxury Caesars Palace in Vegas was the same. To be fair most hotels seems to have gone down the drain in this department. Had coffee maker and coffee set (creamer, sugar, stir stick etc) but no bottled water to make coffee! I would much rather have bottled water in the room and be charged for it if used than to not have any options at all. I do not do tap water so this was a great inconvenience for the next morning especially for those checking in late from their flights. Not a close walking distance from main strip. It's close for adults but not for a family with young children. Having said all of this, we really enjoyed our stay. The coffee issue was the biggest disappointment for people who need coffee especially after a long day of traveling. Not as convenient of a location but would definitely return just for the bedding comfort alone (and the great customer service). A small property like this, the staff can make or break it. Kudos to the staff because they made our stay a comfortable one.
