internet connectivity really fast. Met new people from around the world. First day we got there you could see the auroras from the hostel. Amazing.
The smell in the room.
I like the location, very easy access to the downtown shops
I stayed coup of days and owner took our Northern light spot. There were lot of free food. Here was very close to downtown Fairbanks.
little bit duty.
The economical rate, utilitarian but comfortable bed, reasonable bath, kitchen privileges, convenient location, peaceful oasis back yard and congenial host. Most travelers staying there were courteous and considerate. Not suitable for a family but a single traveler or younger couple would do fine there.
Sometimes hot water was scarce. Really everything else was adequate or better and a true bargain for the price. I would go back without hesitation!
My first time ever staying at a hostel and I was just as happy as staying in a hotel. The beds were bunk beds and very comfortable. Easy access to bathroom and shower. Parking was plentiful and hassle free. Everyone friendly and I appreciated that they made everyone take their shoes off so the floors were neat. And there was Coffee!!!!!!!!!!
I can't think of anything.
The place was very dirty, the owner came out of his room maybe twice, one he just jammed the trash down in the can that was over flowing. The was at least two day old Mac and chesse on the stove. No hot water. Stay some where else if you can.
Inexpensive compared to Fairbanks lodging in general. Fairly convenient to buses and business such as food. Good facilities to cook, wash clothes, refrigerator and freezer space available and convenient.
The no alcohol policy was a bit overkill. It advertises as "Bed and Breakfast" on its sign. Certainly no breakfast was proffered.
Convenience location price
Needs a little remodel and new beds
It's great time. I met so many people. Very comfortable. I will stay there again, if I travel in Fairbanks.
Let me leave my suitcase there as I was only away for 2 nights. Very kind man running the Hostel, made me feel welcome. Very good at giving out maps and telling me where to find places.
Very nice host.
Owner was awesome, convenient location from the city center, awesome Korean food nearby!
Very casual and relaxed atmosphere. The owner approachable and friendly. Walkable distance to downtown.
