Avenue Crowne Plaza Hotel Chicago Magnificent Mile    

The rooms are clean, stylish and very spacious! Location was great and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't a free wifi connection

When my husband and I arrived in the parking lot to the lobby of the hotel. The whole staff were very professional and courteous. This was much appreciated since coming off a very long road trip to reach our destination. We came to Chicago to celebrate our wedding anniversary. After telling that to the concierge, he inform us that he would give us a corner suite. That was so accommodating and much appreciated.

This is a good hotel in an excellent location for visitors. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants, sights and music venues in this vibrant city.

Comfy beds, large rooms, housekeeper was very friendly and accommodating to our schedule. Excellent location.

Bathroom really needed updating, huge gap under doors resulted in decreased privacy and noisy environment in room. Upon making reservation we were never notified that the rooftop lounge and restaurant was now closed.

Great location a block off Michigan Ave. The attached Elephant & Castle Pub has wonderful services. The rooms had bathtubs which are great for a hot soak after a day of walking.

Expensive WiFi. For the price of the room, WiFi should be at lease available in the lobby. The parking garage has tiny fine print signs off at a distance with some information that proved to be costly. The parking details should be better communicated. The hotel is across from a hospital resulting in sirens all night.

The location of the hotel was amazing and the accommodations were wonderful.

We had a lot of issues with room keys and it was a struggle getting that figured out at times with the staff.

We like the elephant and castle restaurant attached to the hotel the bartenders were quick and made us feel like we had been there before!

The description for the room I booked online said King size bed. Since the room wasn't cheap I was expecting exactly that.. We walked in and realized it was a queen. Not a huge deal and we didn't complain, but since we're used to sleeping in a king that was why I chose that room.

Location great for exploring Chicago.

Very clean rooms with new furniture. The entire staff was extremely courteous and professional. It is also in a central location downtown.

Perfect location for for walking to michigan ave shopping/dining, navy pier, millennium park.

Pleasent bedrooms and nice staff

Mistakes in the billing process charging parking (I did not have any vehicle). The mistake was prontly solved when pointed out.

We ordered a king size suite since we were three adults traveling(my husband and I with our 22 year old daughter) and we wanted a little bit more space, and it turned out it was two rooms. One bedroom with a king size bed and a separate room with a pullout couch, so there was plenty of room left even after opening our suitcases.

The pullout couch was very uncomfortable and in great need of a new/another mattress. The air conditioning was pretty loud. We had to order extra blankets for the spare bed since it only came with one thin blanket, ended up sleeping with three!

A quick overnight to see my new granddaughter and this was a lovely place to stay. Close to everything. Friendly staff. Large room. Quiet and good heating/cooling system for ever changing weather. Shower: good head and power and curved shower curtain important because of size of bathroom. Nice amenities.

Room service ends at 11:00pm so late arriving guests have no where to get any food because everything is shut down. Room is great size, but bathroom and closet are tiny. Would be a problem if more than one person in the room because there is no way for two people to use the bathroom at the same time.

We enjoyed the short distance to the magnificent mile! So location is great. The concierge was verf helpfull! Gave us a lot of tips. Room was fine. We had a upgrade and a beautiful view over lake Michigan. We liked the pub/restaurant Elephant&Castle next door!

The rooms are a bit noisy, especially the bathroom. Furthermore I think everything is good.

The location, perfect to visit tons of locations by just walking. The room was very nice with a great view of the city and the lakeshore.

Would like to have the option for a jacuzzi style tub, either in the bathroom or in the bedroom. No room in the fridge to put my own items, leave a little space for leftovers, I had to throw food out because of the fully stocked fridge.

I apreciated the general quality of the hotel, very clean very well located and the kindness of staff. Ialso apreciated the 40th floor breakfast room overlooking the city.
