The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were quite tasty. Very convenient to uptown Kingston, so you only have to walk a few blocks to get to the local restaurants and bars.

Pleasant hostess and lovely room in a lovely historic house in a great town Very expensive, room not quite finished, we had booked a room at 180 and were shown others as the b and b was empty we chose a lovely one upstairs but it we were not told it would cost $70 more. Paying a luxury price but no frills - Only liquid soap provided No glasses in the room, Breakfast very disappointing tea/coffee orange juice and scrambled egg with smoked salmon ( very nice) and a slice of buttered bread. No fruit/ yoghurt/ toast etc.No comments / visitors book. Would not recommend at this price

It was a charming and beautifully updated bed and breakfast. The location was great--walking distance to the cute downtown area with galleries, Keegan Ales, etc.

l accueil était des plus chaleureux par une hôtesse pleine d attentions. la chambre impeccable et décorée avec un goût exquis respectant l époque victorienne. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et goûteux comme tout offrant des variétés pour tous les goûts. C est une adresse à conserver car on y est reçu comme des rois.

`Its location - in a very pleasant part of Kingston with shops and restaurants nearby. A useful overnight stop only. IWe didn't get the ensuite bathroom we had paid for and had to use a bathrooom across the hall which was not lit at night. Everything was very sparse and minimal and we did not think it was worth the large price we paid for it.We were not given a key to the front door so needed to ask the landlady to get out and in.
