I love the location and the amenities of the hotel. Very good for my age group which is 25-39.
I didn't like that there were so many children on my floor. They ran up and down the hallways all night and early morning. I also did not like that my room wasn't too clean. There was something white on the wall in the bedroom and bathroom. Also the duvet had stains on it, it looked as if it had not been washed. The shower tiles were dirty as well. I stayed in room 206.
Hotel was pretty good itself
The king sized bed had a queen size fitted sheet that kept rising up which annoyed the hell out of me
The hotel was modern and had a great design base (like all W hotels); Super clean; Rooms are spacious
Staff was not overly helpful - I had to call the front desk several times to ask questions about the room and hotel which are usually offered at check in (although the maintenance staff was very helpful); Music was too loud in the lobby and overshadowed face to face conversations; No room service at all and the only food items were deli type sandwiches and bottled drinks - we ended up ordering from one of the only 2 nearby restaurants that would deliver and had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for the food to arrive; Beds were amazingly uncomfortable, in fact, neither myself or my husband slept all night; Outside noise leaked into room entire night; I have stayed at W hotels before and loved my stay, but this hotel is a definite "no" for me. Stay at the Sheraton close by, it is a much better value and comfort option.
Nice big room. Had a problem with TV remote which was fixed promptly.
Did not like to pay for parking.
Rooms were comfortable and stylish-modern urban, did like that alittle small compared to the Aloft in Mt Laurel New Jersey, The staff was fantastic to me and bery accomidating.
Some bleach really needed to be used in the shower. The grout was dirty-too bad bc it was a stylish bathroom. The tile floor in front of the sink needs to be cleaned and sealed to look crisp. Dark grout with dark tile looks dirty if this is not handled properly. Elevator was broken during my stay,,had to go outside to access the stairwell to my room on the third floor.
Everything about it
The parking gate
The RFID cards are nice: no hassles sliding a card in and out of a reader the wrong way. It's also easier when you have your hands full.
$12/day for parking: outrageous when you can stay across the street at the Hilton and not have the hassle of a gate that doesn't work properly or keeping track of a parking ticket. The beds have no box springs! The lobby is poorly staffed and is in the middle of their nightclub, so you're not really sure if you're checking in or ordering a drink. The lobby is always loud (with dance music) even though they have a noise policy posted that states that guests should be quiet after 10pm to respect the other guests. The decor has no character; it's all minimalist, pseudo-post-modern. The sliding doors in the bathroom didn't have handles on both sides. Only some of the lights in the room worked. There is an extra fee for WiFi! Clearly, I will not be staying here again!
hip style and simplicity of it all.
No internet. It just never worked even after I called them. This is one of the most important aspects of where I stay. So when this doesn't go well, my view of the hotel goes down.
danielle was helpful
No room service Paid parking Poor bar services
I must say that this place was very nice... My dog even enjoyed staying there....
I like the concept
did not like being charged to park. totally absurd. Who else would park there? Where else would/could I park? Pillows were lumpy.
The comtempory feel. The design is very nice.
No complimentary breakfast for the price of the stay. I didn't like that you charge $12 for parking.
Style of hotel
Could be bigger room space, nats in bathroom,
The hotel is very nice to stay. I booked this hotel through www.booking.com however the hotel still applied my spg reward points to my stay. Front desk was very professional at all times. Hotel is nonsmoking which I love.
Parking was not free for guests. It was a $12 charge. Guests are able to come and go though. No ice machines on the floors. You have to go down to the front desk or the bar to get ice. That was an inconvenience...good thing my beverages were cold already.
Front Desk Staff was OUTSTANDING! Professional, personal, and helpful. LOVE the nurse, mom, humanitarian (can't remember her name) she was amazing!
Parking was very pricey and there were issues with the gate. In other words ...mechanical problems which caused a backup and staff members scurrying around trying to help. They did on both occasions - thank you!
Everything was wonderful... Danielle was GREAT....
The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and nice. The bed huge and extremely comfortable. The staff professional and polite. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.
Customer service wS excellent
Paying for parking
breakfast was a little bit complicated with the bag and stuff:)
Almost everything!. Very clean, rooms are extremely spacious.
The parking is not included,.
-The room was clean. -big tv -the room is beautifull.
-The bad mood of the guy at the reception, we did not feel we were welcome. -The same guy at the reception, did not want to answer our questions. -Extra parking fee are exaggerated. -Air conditionning noisy -no ice on the floor -Around 9PM-10PM, not possible to go in the pool. It was full of child.
It looked very nice. I though the bed was comfy but my companion did not. The staff was very, very nice! The hotel did have a well stocked bar.
The room could have been bigger for what we paid. It had no microwave in the room or restaurant attached. Shower leaked all over the floor because the door wasn't fitted properly. The room get warm very easily.
