elevator should be in center of building room was on one end elevator on the other end my wife has trouble walking but she had to walk approximately one half to three quarter of a block since she can not climb stairs

Plenty of family activities. Great location. Not crowded in off season. Guards and staff around to maintain guests only at all activities. Took 50 minutes to get an employee to the office to check us in. Couldn't get a specific room for ocean front stay. Office hours too short.

The Place at the Beach was nice the room was great, overlooked the ocean, indoor and outdoor pool. Kitchen lots of confussion on the room, they didn't have the 2 bedroom we booked, made adjustments to make it right. was told we had to move rooms after one night waited for call was told it would be by noon didn't get call till after 2:30 the place we wanted to go closed at 5:00 didn't have time to go, messed up our plans for the day
