There ought to be accessibility to internet facilities in the hotel for Customers
The rooms are to small for 4 guest at at time. Some of the Ladies Staff need to be a bit more friendly with no stoning outlook please.
it's dirty.. it smells like pee...
Being only a block away from Amtrak and the Santa Fe transportation hub made getting around easy. The trolley was there, Amtrak, Coaster train were at the same location.
no room coffee.
the location is perfect, and also very convinent to trolley, convention center, shopping, etc.
however, no usable wifi! no access to wifi for 7 days.
staff and location
Wifi down entire stay
Location, downtown next to trolley station.
When I got there, the room and bathrooms were disgusting. The whole time I was there house keeping came in once. T.v. was broken and No AC.
The hotel, including the room and bathrooms were full of cockroaches...
The only plus is the location.
This is a terrible place to stay, the worst one I have ever been to. Never again!
although the hotel was not what we expected it was okay considering we were just there to sleep. if you're looking for a cheap decent place to sleep this is the place. if you're looking for somewhere to be comfortable probably not the place for you. I'm a pretty easy going girl who have to get ready for Halloween party and this place was just ok for that.
The building is absolutely beautiful! A bit worn down, but it's an old building so don't judge to harshly. Rooms are kind of small but they get the job done. Quick walk to the pier and central to everything.
Unless you're into clubbing, Downtown itself kind of sucks. Very loud, very packed and hard to find a bar with character. Also, be fore warned: you cannot buy alcohol from a store after 10pm. So stock up if you decide you might prefer a quiet night in.
